摘要:本設(shè)計鑒于PLC可靠性高、耐惡劣環(huán)境能力強、使用極為方便三大特點，利用PLC技術(shù)平臺自主開發(fā)創(chuàng)新，將機械、電氣和自動化等技術(shù)有機結(jié)合，將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器-接觸器控制功能用PLC代替，構(gòu)成實用、可靠的自動裝藥機生產(chǎn)線PLC控制系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)可節(jié)省大量電氣元件、導(dǎo)線與原材料,縮短設(shè)計周期,減少維修工作量, 提高加工零件合格率,進而提高生產(chǎn)率，而且程序調(diào)整修改方便靈活，提高了設(shè)備的柔性和靈活性。具有整體技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效益。 根據(jù)控制要求，以PLC為核心，設(shè)計出一款藥品灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線控制系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計系統(tǒng)控制硬件電路，編寫軟件控制系統(tǒng)程序，實現(xiàn)對飲料灌裝流水線的控制。 關(guān)鍵詞：可編程控制器；自動化技術(shù)；藥品罐裝

目前食品藥品安全的現(xiàn)狀十分不容樂觀，國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局發(fā)現(xiàn)兩大現(xiàn)狀導(dǎo)致近幾年藥品安全性突發(fā)事件的頻繁發(fā)生，一是藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)不按生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)、規(guī)避監(jiān)管，潛在不安全因素。二是在非GMP流水線廠房生產(chǎn)藥品。如果想改變此現(xiàn)狀，要著力消除問題隱患，從生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)入手，采用自動化生產(chǎn)，自動裝瓶機解決了生產(chǎn)中的許多問題。 醫(yī)藥行業(yè)中，醫(yī)藥包裝機械產(chǎn)品種類豐富，藥品的形狀、性質(zhì)、包裝要求等差異很大，且產(chǎn)量大。因此，自動裝瓶機品種眾多，目前醫(yī)藥包裝設(shè)備中，大顆粒、規(guī)則形狀的藥丸自動包裝技術(shù)已經(jīng)非常成熟，國內(nèi)外均有相關(guān)設(shè)備，但針對異型粒、異型瓶等包裝技術(shù)則較為有限。PLC通過USS通信協(xié)議直接控制電機,不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對裝藥機方式運行的控制,而且能夠根據(jù)需要靈活控制裝藥時間,達到節(jié)約電能,降低成本,提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的目的。
