摘要:自動售貨機是一種可完成無人自動售貨，集光、機電一體化的商業(yè)自動化設備。自動售貨機是時代發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，它為人們的生活帶來了高效便捷的服務。24小時無人售貨的系統(tǒng)使得人們在購物時更省力更經(jīng)濟，運營時需要的資本少、面積小，是解決人工費用上升問題、提高職工工作效率最有效的手段。從1999年我國自動售貨機開始規(guī)模使用，由開始的好奇陌生，到現(xiàn)在的習以為常，并成為了生活中不可缺少的一部分。 本文介紹的綜合自動售貨機，它可以對一切適合大小的罐裝、袋裝、盒裝等商品進行24小時的無人自動售貨。該自動售貨機主要由紙幣識別系統(tǒng)、商品驅(qū)動結構、退幣機構、可編程控制器等組成，其中可編程控制器即PLC是各硬件模塊的控制核心，也是自動售貨機的控制板。利用三菱公司FX-2N系列PLC控制有利于提高自動售貨機的穩(wěn)定性，可靠性也便于管理維護。設計將以一次交易過程為例，分塊進行編程并詳細說明每個板塊的工作任務。其中用到了到絕大部分的程序指令。程序涉及到了自動售貨機工作的絕大部分功能。 關鍵詞： 自動售貨機；PLC；控制系統(tǒng)
