摘要:本畢業(yè)設計的致力于設計一套使用的PLC注塑機控制系統(tǒng)，通過組態(tài)的顯示畫面來監(jiān)控工藝生產(chǎn)流程。涉及注塑機的時序控制流程的分析，注塑機料筒的溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設計，具體硬件配置的確定，組態(tài)畫面及程序的編制和整機硬件原理圖、電氣接線圖、PLC程序的編制等。PLC采用時序編程，注塑機的控制系統(tǒng)分析主要對其電氣控制系統(tǒng)、加熱及冷卻系統(tǒng)、注射系統(tǒng)、合模系統(tǒng)進行分析。結(jié)合組態(tài)畫面能讓制造者感性直觀的看到生產(chǎn)過程。另外，該系統(tǒng)自動化程度較高，不僅降低操作水平挺高勞動生產(chǎn)率，而且大大提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。注塑機的控制系統(tǒng)是保證注塑機按工藝過程規(guī)定的要求（壓力、速度、溫度、時間等）和動作程序，準確有效地工作的控制系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：注塑機；PLC；控制系統(tǒng)
Abstract:This graduation design is committed to the design using a PLC control system of injection molding machine, through the configuration of the display screen to monitor the production process. Relates to the injection molding machine sequential control flow analysis of injection molding machine, the design of the temperature control system hardware configuration, specific identification, configuration screen and procedures for the preparation and the hardware schematic diagram, wiring diagram, PLC programming etc.. PLC uses the sequential programming, injection molding machine control system and analysis of its main electrical control system, heating and cooling system, injection system, clamping system analysis. Combined with the configuration screen can make maker perceptual intuitive to see the production process. In addition, the system has high automation degree, not only reduce the operating level is quite high labor productivity, but also greatly improve the product quality. Injection molding machine control system is the guarantee of injection molding machine according to the process requirements ( pressure, speed, temperature, time and so on ) and action program, accurate work effectively control system. 經(jīng)濟全球化帶動了各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展，塑料工業(yè)當然也不例外。塑料在建筑、包裝、農(nóng)用、交通等領域應用日益廣泛。塑料雖然作為一種新型的材料，但與鋼材、水泥、木材等同樣具有競爭力。是輕工業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。中國塑料工業(yè)在長期的發(fā)展中，不斷的適應市場，不斷的自我完善，取得了輝煌的成就。 注塑機是塑料成型的主設備，是一個集機、電、液于一體的典型系統(tǒng)。因具有一次能夠成型復雜制品、后加工量少、加工的塑料種類多等優(yōu)點。注塑機的技術(shù)參數(shù)和性能與塑料性質(zhì)和注塑成型工藝密切相關(guān)。其朝著低能耗、低噪音、鎖模力容易控制、運行平穩(wěn)、安全可靠和便于維修方向發(fā)展，不久的將來還要向環(huán)保化和綠色化發(fā)展，這就需要注塑機的控制系統(tǒng)的不斷完善。在以往國內(nèi)的注塑機控制系統(tǒng)中，主要存在三種控制類型： 繼電器控制、 單片機控制、 PLC控制在現(xiàn)代控制系統(tǒng)中，前兩種方法因其自身的局限性，多不采用。而多是采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)，這是一種工業(yè)控制機，具有抗干擾能力強，工作可行性高，平均無故障時間長，可在惡劣環(huán)境下正常工作，并可與計算機聯(lián)網(wǎng)運行。此外，PLC系統(tǒng)還可大大縮短系統(tǒng)的設計，加快工作進度。在本次設計中我們采用了可編程控制系統(tǒng)。
