摘要:客戶是公司最寶貴的資源,為了更好的發(fā)掘老客戶的價(jià)值,并為了適應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和客戶需求發(fā)展變化的需要,企業(yè)逐漸把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向客戶,追求客戶服務(wù)的差異化。一種叫做客戶關(guān)系管理的理念逐漸產(chǎn)生,并被眾多企業(yè)采納和實(shí)施。 本系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)方法上采用的是結(jié)構(gòu)化系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計(jì)的思想自上向下的進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施工作。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式開(kāi)發(fā),開(kāi)發(fā)工具為MyEclipse,后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為SQL Server,全面應(yīng)用DAO數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù),將每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的字段和操作都封裝到類中。通過(guò)這個(gè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)完成了對(duì)客戶基本信息、聯(lián)系人信息、交往信息、客戶服務(wù)信息的充分共享和規(guī)范化管理;實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)銷售機(jī)會(huì)、客戶開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的追蹤和記錄,提高新客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)能力;具有在客戶將要流失時(shí)系統(tǒng)及時(shí)預(yù)警的功能,便于銷售人員及時(shí)采取措施,降低損失。實(shí)現(xiàn)了在線報(bào)表的功能,方便公司高層隨時(shí)了解公司客戶情況。 關(guān)鍵詞 :客戶信息;客戶管理;java;sql server
Abstract:The customer is the most valuable resource, in order to explore the value of frequent customers, and to adapt to the competition and the changes and development of customer demand. Gradually the enterprise focus on customers for the competition, they pursue the difference of customer service. The concept of Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is gradually produced, even adopted and implemented by many enterprises. The system use the idea of structured systems analysis and design to analyze, design and implement systematically from the top to down in the development methodology.The entire system will use the B / S model to develop with the development tool being MyEclipse and the back-end database being SQL Server, and applicate the DAO data access technology to encapsulate the field and operations of each database into the class. This system complete the full sharing and standardized management of basic information to customers, contact information, information exchanges and customer service information; develop new customers through the process of tracking and recording of sales opportunities, customer development; have the function of warning when customers will be the loss, so that sales personnel can take timely measures to reduce losses.
