摘要:隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來(lái)，當(dāng)今社會(huì)的生活節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快，人們對(duì)工作效率的要求也越來(lái)越高，參加招聘會(huì)耗時(shí)耗力，無(wú)目的的網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索工作量大，且成功率低。為了方便人們通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)投遞簡(jiǎn)歷找尋合適的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，以計(jì)算機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)人才招聘系統(tǒng)就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了。 本課題主要是以PHP作為前臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)工具，利用MySQL作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基于YII的中韓合作企業(yè)人力資源網(wǎng)。該網(wǎng)站提供了豐富的功能，包括用戶注冊(cè)模塊、求職者信息管理模塊、企業(yè)信息管理模塊、新聞信息模塊、留言模塊、職位、人才查詢模塊和后臺(tái)管理模塊等，滿足用戶與用人單位之間的資源交互需求。 本文重點(diǎn)介紹了網(wǎng)上人才招聘系統(tǒng)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)方法以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：人力資源;Yii;招聘;求職
Abstract:With the coming period of information, nowadays people are more and more busy, The efficiency of people demanding become more and more high, Waste of time and strength to participate in job fairs, no purpose web search are heavy works, and also low success rate. In order to facilitate the people to send your resume via the web to find suitable employment opportunities, computer-based Web-based Job Seeking System came into being. This topic mainly with PHP as the development tool, using MySQL as background database technology to achieve YII based cooperative enterprise human resources network.The site provides a wealth of features, including user registration module, job seekers information management module, the enterprise information management module, news module, message module, position, personnel inquiry module and the backstage management module and so on, to meet user between employer and resource interaction requirements.
