摘要:隨著現(xiàn)代科技的日新月異,計算機技術(shù)已滲透到各個領(lǐng)域,IT產(chǎn)業(yè)在市場競爭中越發(fā)顯示出其獨特的優(yōu)勢。與此同時,小型超市發(fā)展規(guī)模不斷擴大,商品品種急劇增加,有關(guān)商品的信息量也在成倍增長。超市更加需要增強對各種商品信息的實時統(tǒng)計分析,而銷售管理系統(tǒng)在小型超市運營過程中能夠準(zhǔn)確的對超市進(jìn)行管理,對商品的進(jìn)貨,商品的銷售,商品的庫存都能進(jìn)行實時反饋,而且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對員工的業(yè)績管理,提高其工作效率。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究、實際調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析等手段,研究了小型超市銷售管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景,并對其運作流程以及市場需求進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)計了適合小型超市發(fā)展的銷售管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)商品進(jìn)貨,銷售,庫存,員工信息的實時更新,管理員通過該系統(tǒng)可以了解到進(jìn)貨情況,調(diào)節(jié)好資金的流動;根據(jù)員工銷售情況,對業(yè)績好的員工進(jìn)行獎勵,提高其積極性;同時通過查看庫存信息,及時進(jìn)行補貨和退貨處理,避免出現(xiàn)商品脫貨及商品積壓的情況。員工通過該系統(tǒng)能夠做好商品銷售處理,提高營業(yè)效率。 關(guān)鍵詞:小型超市;銷售;管理信息系統(tǒng)
Abstract:With the ever-changing modern technology, computer technology has penetrated into all areas of IT industry shows its unique advantages in market competition, more and more. At the same time, the scale of development of the small supermarket expanding the variety of goods increased dramatically, and also doubled the amount of information of the commodity. The supermarket more need to enhance real-time statistical analysis of a variety of product information, sales management system can be accurate in the small supermarket operators in the supermarket management, and the value of the purchase, the sale of goods, the stock can be real-time feedback, and to achieve performance management, staff to improve their work efficiency. Literature, the actual survey, data analysis and other means to study the background of the development of the small supermarket sales management system and operational processes, and market demand analysis, design a sales management system for small supermarket development.
