摘要:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，企業(yè)開始越來越多地利用計(jì)算機(jī)來完成信息管理。企業(yè)員工考勤信息管理是企業(yè)信息管理的重要部分。上海文思科技公司員工考勤管理系統(tǒng)從企業(yè)考勤管理的角度出發(fā)，用數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄企業(yè)員工的所有考勤信息并進(jìn)行分析和管理。本系統(tǒng)具有友好的用戶界面，簡單的操作流程和準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。本系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)管理、部門管理、公告管理、員工管理、個(gè)人考勤、考勤管理等功能。該系統(tǒng)能提高員工考勤管理效率，且操作簡單、使用方便。 本論文的主要工作包含了系統(tǒng)的分析，設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)等過程。主要在分析企業(yè)考勤管理系統(tǒng)的需求基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用JAVA語言開發(fā)，使用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式，借助MyEclipse 8.5 、Dreamweaver8等工具完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)基于B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)，以WEB的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)員工的考勤管理。 關(guān)鍵詞 考勤管理系統(tǒng) ；Struts2；MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式；WEB
Abstract:With the rapid development of computer science and technology, enterprises are increasingly using the computer to complete the information management. Enterprise employees' attendance information management is an important part of enterprise information management.Shanghai VanceInfo technology company employees attendance management system from the point of view of enterprise time and attendance management, which uses database to record all employees' attendance information and carries on the analysis and management.The system has a user-friendly interface, simple operation processes and accurate data analysis methods. This system is mainly to achieve system management, department management, notice management, employees management, personal attendance, attendance management and other functions. The system can improve the efficiency of employees attendance management, and the operation is simple, easy to use. The main work of this paper includes the system analysis, design and development process. In this paper, based on the analysis on the basis of attendance management system requirements, the system was designed and implemented. The whole system is based on JAVA language, using the MVC design pattern, using the MyEclipse 8.5, Dreamweaver8 tools to complete the design and implementation of the system. 企業(yè)員工考勤管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)企業(yè)不可缺少的一部分,它的存在使得企業(yè)的管理人員對員工的考勤變得簡單方便。企業(yè)考勤管理系統(tǒng)可以為企業(yè)提供詳細(xì)的員工考勤的信息和快捷的管理查詢手段。企業(yè)考勤管理系統(tǒng)和傳統(tǒng)的人工方式管理員工的上下班等信息相比，后者的這種管理方式存在著許多缺點(diǎn)，諸如效率低，操作繁瑣，保密性差等，而且隨著時(shí)間的推移，會產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù)，這給信息的搜索、更新和維護(hù)都帶來了不少困難。因此，開發(fā)一個(gè)企業(yè)考勤管理系統(tǒng)是很有必要的，具有其特有的技術(shù)意義和管理意義。 本課題來自于企業(yè)考勤管理的需求，本系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)管理、部門管理、公告管理、員工管理、個(gè)人考勤、考勤管理等功能，充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，改變傳統(tǒng)的操作方式進(jìn)行管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理模式，提高企業(yè)對員工考勤的效率。 本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)要求采用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)體系結(jié)構(gòu)，首先對系統(tǒng)做需求分析，確定系統(tǒng)的使用人員，確定系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)流程，確定系統(tǒng)的功能模塊組成。然后根據(jù)需求分析設(shè)計(jì)出正確合理的數(shù)據(jù)庫邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)出E-R圖，再將它轉(zhuǎn)換成關(guān)系模型，對該模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后在Mysql上實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后編寫程序，逐個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)模塊。
