摘要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的進步與發(fā)展,制造業(yè)越來越成為人類創(chuàng)造財富的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。但制造業(yè)又加劇了資源的消耗,產(chǎn)生廢棄物,造成環(huán)境污染。因此,如何使制造業(yè)盡可能減少環(huán)境污染是當(dāng)前環(huán)境問題研究的一個重要方面。正是在這種背景下,一種綜合考慮環(huán)境影響和資源效率的現(xiàn)代制造模式產(chǎn)生了,這就是綠色制造。材料是制造系統(tǒng)中物能資源的重要組成部分。在綠色制造中,實現(xiàn)材料資源優(yōu)化利用和環(huán)境污染最小。本文闡述了綠色制造過程材料選擇注意事項,探討了綠色制造過程材料選擇方法。分析了綠色制造過程材料選擇的具體應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞:綠色制造 ,制造材料 ,材料資源選擇
Abstract As science and technology and production and technological progress and development, manufacturing has increasingly become a pillar industry of wealth created by mankind. But the manufacturing industry has increased the consumption of resources, producing waste, cause environmental pollution. Therefore, how to make the manufacturing industry to minimize the environmental pollution is the current environmental issues an important aspect of the study. It is in this context, a comprehensive consideration of environmental impact and resource efficiency of modern manufacturing patterns, and this is the green manufacturing. Products use the process of material flow is defined as the product life cycle, product use, repair, maintenance and service processes and in those generated in the process of waste recycling process. Product recycling process material flow refers to the product after processing, its composition include: reusable components, can be repaired or remanufactured parts, their materials, renewable components, non-renewable waste. Consumes four links in the material inside, they must be waste minimization, recycling and harmless, or eliminate the production process.
