摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是依據(jù)“云錫氯化法”處理難選貧錫中礦,火法工序所得收塵沉淀,利用氯化鈉溶液進(jìn)行浸出脫氯,得到一定濕度的氯化鉛和錫精礦。按照給定的工藝流程、設(shè)計(jì)要求的年產(chǎn)量,計(jì)算出每個(gè)工序所需的量,從而進(jìn)行工藝流程的物料平衡和水系平衡,目的在于在保持母液溫度,保證浸出液中氯化鉛不結(jié)晶析出的條件下過(guò)濾,從而減少氯化鉛進(jìn)入浸出底流的量,降低洗滌負(fù)荷。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要任務(wù)是確定設(shè)備的類(lèi)型及型號(hào),主體設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì),繪制主體設(shè)備攪拌槽的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)圖、設(shè)備連接圖和車(chē)間設(shè)備布置圖,其中,車(chē)間設(shè)備布置與攪拌槽的設(shè)計(jì)是本設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)與核心。為了適應(yīng)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代錫工業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,同時(shí)本著節(jié)能和獲得最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的原則,并考慮環(huán)境保護(hù)的因素,本設(shè)計(jì)盡可能地采用新技術(shù),力求設(shè)計(jì)更加合理,方便操作,為車(chē)間今后取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益奠定基礎(chǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞:收塵沉淀;車(chē)間;設(shè)計(jì)
