摘要:在家庭裝修設計中，對于客戶，那是家，家必須是有靈魂的，有愛的，而不是冰冷的房子或僅僅是住宅。 在設計中，我找到了了家應具備的十二個因素：“風景、套房、居心地、火、游戲心、廚房和餐桌、孩子、觸感、壁龕、家具、持續(xù)住下去、光”。細細分析這十二個因素，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)這不是簡單的拼湊、排列，它體現(xiàn)了一個生活中的大道理：術道的領悟。如果說“風景、套房、火、廚房和餐桌、孩子、觸感、壁龕、家具、光”是住宅設計的有形的術，是看得見、摸得著、感受得到的家居必備硬件，那么“居心地、游戲心、持續(xù)住下去”必須是住宅設計的無形的道了，無需用眼睛用耳朵去看去聽，只需用心去感受，去聆聽。術是表現(xiàn)形式，是微觀的，被統(tǒng)帥的，是技術性的：“道”則貫穿和統(tǒng)帥一棟住宅的“術”，它所涉及的是自然和心靈的和諧融合。擁有“術”的家，是全的，擁有“道”的家，是活的。 關鍵詞：居心地 游戲心 持續(xù) 家居體系

室內(nèi)居住環(huán)境，因為是人居住，之所以是人的居住空間，那在考慮的因素不一樣，不僅僅是為了達到一定的居住條件，而且還要在文化、審美等等地方下功夫。以人為本的設計才是居住空間設計的真正意義所在，在以人為本的基礎之上與文化藝術相結(jié)合，賦予居住空間文化特性，讓其成為藝術的代表作。 現(xiàn)代室內(nèi)居住空間的要求更加完美，功能更加豐富，在這個繁華的都市里，別墅是人類進步的表現(xiàn)，遠離都市的宣泄，回到別墅里就像沉浸在自然的懷抱里，但是同時又要滿足現(xiàn)代人所需要的居住條件。所以別墅設計是一個與自然結(jié)合的完美的居住空間的設計。脫離了自然，人們躁動的心情得不到釋放，忙碌的生活得不到休息，從而就達不到人類所需要的居住空間設計。所以別墅設計結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代人居住的環(huán)境來設計的。別墅設計——傳遞新的文化審美的居住空間。間的聯(lián)系和變化，再加以美感的烘托、主題的渲染，一個大致的功能區(qū)域劃分思路就會清晰開來。
