摘要:隨著人們生活品質(zhì)的提高，從而對他們工作的環(huán)境要求也日趨旺盛。但辦公空間在設(shè)計(jì)上是存在諸多問題，會使人們在工作中感到壓抑、沉悶，這樣極大的影響了他們?nèi)粘５墓ぷ?。在現(xiàn)代的辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)中不但要追求個(gè)性化、創(chuàng)意，更要顧及人們的感受，主張?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)生態(tài)、和諧、舒適的辦公空間，合理地規(guī)劃空間功能，減少人們對辦公空間的平淡、煩悶的情緒，增加自己對工作的熱情，與工作伙伴的友好。辦公空間主要設(shè)計(jì)理念就是為人們打造舒適、高雅的工作環(huán)境，注重空間規(guī)劃，色彩搭配，聲光要素，將生態(tài)、環(huán)保的理念融入設(shè)計(jì)中。在辦公空間中的造型、空間宜人的比例尺度到綠化、家具、都要讓人們回到很自然放松的狀態(tài)中，這樣的設(shè)計(jì)才能最大限度的滿足人們對理想辦公空間的渴求。 關(guān)鍵詞：辦公空間 個(gè)性化 創(chuàng)意
ABSTRACT:As people life quality rise, and environment requirements of their work is increasingly vigorous. But there are many problems on the design of office space, can make people feel depressed and boring at work, so that greatly influenced their daily work. In the modern office design is not only to the pursuit of individuality, creativity, more consideration on people’s feelings, ecological, harmonious and comfortable office space design, space planning function reasonably, reduce the bland, boring mood of office space, increase their enthusiasm for work, and work mate’s friendly. Office space main design idea is for people to create comfortable, elegant work environment, pay attention to space planning, color matching , audible and visual elements, the ecology, the concept of environmental protection into the design. In modern times, the space in the office space is pleasant scale to landscaping, furniture, all want to let people return to natural state of relaxation, such a design can maximum limit satisfy people to the ideal office space. 現(xiàn)代辦公空間人性化創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)也是適應(yīng)社會的發(fā)展需求而不斷追求創(chuàng)新，設(shè)計(jì)思維更新，在辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)里更多為人們感受而設(shè)計(jì)。我們不是為了設(shè)計(jì)而設(shè)計(jì)，而更多要關(guān)注的將是未來空間發(fā)展的需要，要以長遠(yuǎn)的目光考慮。在辦公空間的設(shè)計(jì)中處處有對人們的關(guān)懷。而有關(guān)體現(xiàn)辦公空間人性關(guān)懷的設(shè)計(jì)就是要為員工打造一個(gè)健康舒適、和諧溫馨的工作環(huán)境，激發(fā)員工的工作熱情以及創(chuàng)造靈感，在工作中體味人生的真諦。
