摘要：快捷主題酒店作為一種新興的時代產(chǎn)物早已出現(xiàn)在了國內(nèi)的服務(wù)行業(yè)中。但是對于一些消費(fèi)者，對于它的了解卻是知之甚少的，甚至對于某些經(jīng)營者本身而言，對他的理解與把握也是孤立、片面的。本文著重將從快捷主題酒店的簡介、快捷主題酒店的室內(nèi)設(shè)計、快捷主題酒店的功能性及快捷主題酒店的情態(tài)這四個方面來對它進(jìn)行較為詳盡的研究和介紹，借此來像廣大顧客和經(jīng)營者進(jìn)行此方面知識的推廣。 在本文中，筆者將采用對比分析、理論分析、講事實(shí)擺道理的邏輯思維，運(yùn)用科學(xué)縝密的方法來對快捷主題酒店的空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行全面的解讀和闡述。通過研究，我們可以得出：快捷主題酒店在形態(tài)上的合理布局將會使它的市場更為廣闊、競爭優(yōu)勢更加的明顯；同時，快捷主題酒店在空間形態(tài)上的巧妙設(shè)計不僅會使它的藝術(shù)氛圍更加濃厚，讓消費(fèi)者得到身心上的愉悅，而且可以提高服務(wù)的質(zhì)量，從而使得這一事物能夠得到社會最普遍的認(rèn)可。 關(guān)鍵詞：快捷主題酒店 設(shè)計要素 功能 情態(tài)
ABSTRACT:Quick theme hotel as a era of emerging products has already appeared in the domestic service industries. But for some consumers, for the understanding of it are poorly understood, even for some operators itself, for his understanding and grasp the isolated and one-sided. From fast and theme hotel introduction, this paper will be quick and theme hotel interior design, quick theme hotel's functional and efficient modal of the four aspects of theme hotel to more detailed research and introduce it, like the broad masses of customers and operators to conduct the knowledge promotion. 快捷主題酒店作為一種新型的、因為需要而存在的酒店行業(yè)的新形態(tài)，目前雖然存在各種亂象，但是發(fā)展勢頭依然強(qiáng)勁。它的空間形態(tài)在室內(nèi)設(shè)計、功能性、情態(tài)上都帶有自己獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn)。它利用色彩色調(diào)的搭配、燈光的顯色性和變換來為店內(nèi)主題文化氛圍的營造服務(wù)，利用合理的功能分區(qū)來提高服務(wù)的質(zhì)量并帶給顧客更人性化的享受?？旖葜黝}酒店的在功能性上需要迎合顧客的個性化需求，在共性與個性之間找到一個平衡點(diǎn)。也就是說，快捷主題酒店在所針對的顧客群體和主題的營造上要下功夫。
