摘要:社會(huì)在飛速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平越來越好。順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展需求,人們對(duì)物質(zhì)文化水平的追求就越來越高,對(duì)就餐的環(huán)境也有了更高的要求,在中國(guó)人的傳統(tǒng)觀念中一桌酒席,不只是吃一頓飯這樣簡(jiǎn)單,它是一種人與人之間的社交方式,很多重大事情都是在餐桌上決定的。它更是一種身份的展現(xiàn)。這種展現(xiàn)就是體現(xiàn)在就餐的環(huán)境上面。中華民族上下五千年的悠久歷史,飲食文化同樣是博大精深,近年來中國(guó)風(fēng)也席卷全球。中式餐廳要很好的抓住中華民族的民族精髓,充分體現(xiàn)民俗特色,打上深深的中國(guó)式印記,設(shè)計(jì)緊扣“中國(guó)心”這一主題,并通過平面布局、燈光設(shè)計(jì)、裝飾軟裝、裝飾色彩、裝飾綠化、場(chǎng)景布置六個(gè)方面,將中國(guó)元素很好的融入到本次餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中。燈飾、工藝品、餐具、家具、員工服飾都圍繞著民俗文化和民族特色展開創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì),營(yíng)造出一個(gè)擁有濃郁中國(guó)特色的主題餐廳。 關(guān)鍵詞:中國(guó)元素 融入 主題
ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of society, People's standard of living is getting better. Many important things are decided at the dinner table. The Chinese nation has a long history,equally profound food culture, Chinese wind that swept across the globe in recent years. Chinese restaurants have a good grasp of the Chinese nation national essence, fully embodies the characteristics of folk, put a deep Chinese imprint designs closely, "Chinese heart" theme, and layout, lighting design, decoration, decorative color green and the settings all six areas, well into the Chinese elements in the design of the dining space. 為了緊扣“中國(guó)心“這一個(gè)主題,要將所學(xué)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中去,從筆者的角度來考慮將中國(guó)元素很好地融入到現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)的餐飲空間主題當(dāng)中去。通過對(duì)餐廳整體布局的把握,傳達(dá)出對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的重視和對(duì)舊事物的留念。中國(guó)人吃飯,不僅僅是一日三餐這樣簡(jiǎn)單,它往往蘊(yùn)含著中國(guó)人對(duì)事物的獨(dú)特認(rèn)識(shí)、理解事物的哲理。飲食文化已經(jīng)超越了“吃”本身,有了更為深刻的意義。通過中西方的交流,我國(guó)的飲食文化出現(xiàn)了新的時(shí)代特色。飲食文化,就是一種時(shí)代進(jìn)步。但是,中華飲食文化在與世界各國(guó)文化碰撞中,應(yīng)該有一個(gè)核心的主題,這樣它才能在博采眾長(zhǎng)的過程中不斷完善和發(fā)展,保持頑強(qiáng)的生命力。我覺得,這個(gè)核心就是悠久的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化,也就是中華飲食文化需要探索的基本內(nèi)涵。這對(duì)于中華飲食文化占據(jù)世界市場(chǎng)也有著深遠(yuǎn)的積極意義。
