摘要:餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)是現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)之中的一個(gè)重要因素,是建筑裝飾設(shè)計(jì)中不可缺少的一點(diǎn)。隨著中國(guó)民眾生活水平的提高,對(duì)物質(zhì)的需求也是水漲船高,人們對(duì)公共設(shè)施的需求也是多了一層“賞”的意境;商家,客戶對(duì)餐飲的要求變得不僅僅是對(duì)味道的追求,多了一層“品”的意境。大眾對(duì)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)也是越來(lái)越講究,越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格。日益發(fā)展設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)造力讓自然、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì),主題設(shè)計(jì)等幾大主流設(shè)計(jì)思想也漸漸進(jìn)入到了餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)之中,這樣的幾種概念想法的組合不禁讓我想到日本設(shè)計(jì)。日本設(shè)計(jì),立足細(xì)節(jié),承古啟今,形而上的是精神感受。日式風(fēng)格自然淡雅,安靜簡(jiǎn)潔,干凈舒適而貼近生活,講求一種東方文化所追求的和諧,精神與自然的合一。日式風(fēng)格的設(shè)計(jì)看中線條的美感,粗細(xì)分明,如同一幅白描山水畫,簡(jiǎn)單卻有力道;日式尋求一種自然與精神的認(rèn)可,從日本禪之中就能很好體會(huì)到,現(xiàn)在生活的浮躁正好可以通過(guò)枯山水來(lái)淡化心中的浮躁,這浮塵之中還是有很多愿意體會(huì)清凈,喝喝茶,吃吃料理之人,這也是日式料理的給人的感覺(jué)。一個(gè)好的廚師會(huì)說(shuō)料理能最好的體現(xiàn)出一個(gè)民族的,一個(gè)地域的風(fēng)土聞情,吃出這個(gè)民族的文化精髓。此外,餐飲環(huán)境幫助人們更好的理解料理,所以餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)和諧非常重要,這也是筆者一直強(qiáng)調(diào)的。文章從設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)的角度簡(jiǎn)要對(duì)現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)趨勢(shì)的進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)材料、光線、色彩、空間、軟裝等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)日式禪意設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行理論分析及系統(tǒng)闡述。 關(guān)鍵詞:日本文化 餐飲空間 禪意設(shè)計(jì)
ABSTRACT:Restaurant space design is one important territory in modern design, which is also one indispensable part in architectural decoration design. With the improvement of Chinese life standard, the peoples in China also chase more materials. The people’s requirements of appreciating beauty have added. And now, the seller and costumer’s pursuits not only are limited to taste, but also begin to enjoy all aspects of restaurant. Peoples’ standard of restaurant space design is becoming hasher and harsher. The growing design creativity makes ecological design, theme design and other mainstream idea of designs integrate into restaurant space design, which let me associate them with Japanese restaurant space design. Japanese restaurant space design gives in enough attention on details and tradition, which owns natural, elegant, quiet and concise style. And this style try to close to people’s daily life and this must bring comfort to people. This kind of style depends on an eastern traditional idea: the harmony between human and nature, the unity of spirit and nature. In Japanese style, the thickness of the line is clear reflecting the beauty of lines, which makes the whole design looks like a landscape painting. A good cooker may say that food can reflect a nation’s culture and show a territory’s distinguishing features. And the Japanese food is a good example to show this. Restaurant space design makes people understand food more deeply. So the harmony between restaurant space design and the food offering in restaurant is very significant. This passage chiefly introduces and analyses the tendency of modern restaurant space design, which will be shown in mainly 5 parts materials, lights, colors, space and soft loading. 筆者通過(guò)對(duì)日本禪文化的闡述分析日本設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格的特點(diǎn),從文化特點(diǎn)入手,對(duì)日式餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。在這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)思想多維發(fā)展的今天,日式風(fēng)格依舊是其中重要,東方哲學(xué)思想功不可沒(méi)。本論文通過(guò)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的禪意設(shè)計(jì),分析日式餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的營(yíng)造思路,及日本人對(duì)生活,自然的理解。通過(guò)日本禪學(xué)的分析日式審美觀,致力于創(chuàng)造自然、恬靜、淡薄的室內(nèi)風(fēng)格特征。通過(guò)對(duì)材料、色彩、采光的分析來(lái)確立如何營(yíng)造禪意餐飲空間。再者,分析了軟裝對(duì)于文化的展示性和包裝性,設(shè)計(jì)的主體是文化。筆者希望設(shè)計(jì)者能確切的去表達(dá)一種文化,設(shè)計(jì)者應(yīng)該抱著這樣的態(tài)度去展現(xiàn)自己的想法及設(shè)計(jì)。餐飲空間禪意設(shè)計(jì)只是萬(wàn)千種設(shè)計(jì)的一部分,卻給人帶來(lái)生活的思想和文化的意義。設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)該秉承這種傳遞的意義,把文化傳遞下去,就像本論文想把一些禪意餐飲空間的想法理解并傳遞一樣。
