摘要：現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)的餐飲空間隨著經(jīng)濟文化的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)從最初的解決溫飽問題逐步發(fā)展成一種精神文化的的需求。設計者和消費者更加注重餐飲空間的主題與風格，許多城市的餐飲空間風格基本相同，而沿海發(fā)達地區(qū)的餐飲建設卻令人耳目一新。他們能把握某一流派的風格特征來展開設計，從設計的各個組成部分都能連貫的體現(xiàn)這一主題。 《品味中國》的主題餐廳設計圍繞著中國的傳統(tǒng)文化展開設計，目的在于發(fā)揚和傳承中國的文化精髓，讓中國人不要盲目崇拜西方國家的文化，讓西方國家更多的了解中國的文化底蘊。 整個設計以中國的文化為核心，汲取中國傳統(tǒng)文化要素，將其運用到本次設計中，重點在于突出中國元素在餐飲空間的設計中的特色，包括區(qū)域分隔，主題顏色的采用，陳設品的擺放及采用蘊含中國文化的竹做環(huán)境的綠化等，這些都緊扣《品味中國》這一主題。 關鍵詞：品味中國主題 空間分隔 空間色彩 空間裝飾
