摘要：隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展，當(dāng)代辦公室空間設(shè)計(jì)的理念也在不斷的發(fā)生變化，已經(jīng)從功能設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展到對(duì)“人文精神”的關(guān)注。辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)的最大目標(biāo)就是要為工作人員創(chuàng)造一個(gè)舒適、方便、健康、安全、高效的工作環(huán)境，以便更大限度地提高員工的工作效率，滿足人際活動(dòng)的發(fā)展需要。這一目標(biāo)已成為現(xiàn)代辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)和核心目標(biāo)。 當(dāng)代辦公空間的最大特點(diǎn)是公共化，這個(gè)空間應(yīng)照顧到大多數(shù)員工的審美需要和功能要求。辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)還應(yīng)符合“新的工作方式”，不再以某人辦公室的大小、景觀好壞判斷一個(gè)人的身份地位。 當(dāng)代辦公室空間理念也越來越趨向風(fēng)格化、民族化、藝術(shù)化，設(shè)計(jì)中所包含的元素也隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展而增加。在進(jìn)行辦公空間的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，首先，要對(duì)企業(yè)類型和企業(yè)文化深入理解，使辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)能反映出該企業(yè)風(fēng)格與特征，這樣的設(shè)計(jì)才具有個(gè)性與生命；其次，對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置及其相互聯(lián)系的要有了解，這樣才能確定各部門所需面積設(shè)置和規(guī)劃好人流線路。再次，前瞻性設(shè)計(jì)也很重要，應(yīng)該事先了解公司的擴(kuò)充計(jì)劃，使得公司不必經(jīng)常大面積的變更辦公空間規(guī)劃。另外辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)，應(yīng)盡量利用簡潔的建筑手法，避免采用過時(shí)的造型，繁瑣的細(xì)部裝飾，和過多過濃的色彩點(diǎn)綴；在規(guī)劃燈光、空調(diào)和選擇辦公家具時(shí)，應(yīng)充分考慮其適用性和舒適性。 關(guān)鍵詞：辦公空間 室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì) 理念
