摘 要:人類的世界是一個(gè)色彩的世界。著名的包豪斯教員約翰內(nèi)斯· 伊頓曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò):“沒(méi)有色彩的世界在我們看來(lái)就像死的一般。”色彩本身是沒(méi)有任何情感的,可色彩一旦與人們的生活有了聯(lián)系,人們就可以通過(guò)色彩來(lái)表達(dá)情感。 本文基于餐廳這一特殊空間分別從色彩心理與室內(nèi)空間、色彩心理效應(yīng)在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用模式、利用色彩特點(diǎn)對(duì)餐飲空間的主題文化進(jìn)行營(yíng)造三方面全方位論述餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的色彩心理,志在合理運(yùn)用餐廳主題的確立與色彩的氣氛烘托以及菜品本身的色彩搭配讓消費(fèi)者留下深刻的印象增強(qiáng)了消費(fèi)者的食欲,并使消費(fèi)者感到身心愉悅,以至于樹(shù)立良好的餐廳品牌形象以至于達(dá)到盈利的目的。 通過(guò)對(duì)不同設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)研總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在應(yīng)用色彩心理規(guī)劃的餐飲空間當(dāng)中可以使人們獲得更加舒適的空間,在這種空間里人們能夠滿足其精神消費(fèi),使得餐飲空間存在的價(jià)值遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出其實(shí)際的功能,成為人們精神文化生活的物質(zhì)載體。在我看來(lái),餐飲空間本應(yīng)該成為一個(gè)城市的窗口,這樣人們便可以直觀的了解這座城市最具地域性的餐飲特色。我們從情感的角度去認(rèn)識(shí)色彩,再?gòu)目茖W(xué)的角度加以分析,在提高欣賞水平的同時(shí),又可以提高工作效率,給生活帶來(lái)更多的情趣,這對(duì)我們的工作、生活環(huán)境有著重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞:色彩心理 室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì) 應(yīng)用模式 餐飲空間
ABSTRACT:The survival of the human world is a world of colors.
