摘 要:隨著社會的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高人們對于生活質量的追求也隨之發(fā)生改變。漸漸的生活品質和更高層次的精神追求漸漸成為人們?yōu)橹畩^斗的目標。各地拔地而起的經濟型別墅填補了高端別墅價格昂貴的市場空缺，也使更多人實現(xiàn)了自己改善居住條件的需求。而如今別墅風格與形式也是多種多樣， LOFT風格在全球范圍內的興起為中國LOFT的發(fā)展奠定了基礎并提供了參考依據(jù)。它在城市的發(fā)展中崛起，得到了建筑和室內設計等有關人員的關注，于是各種類型的LOFT建筑拔地而起，在中國也開始流行起來。它起源于紐約，是對舊產業(yè)建筑的一種有效的更新設計和再次利用。它將生活和工作的空間一體化，打破了常規(guī)，這種新的空間模式受到了大家的喜歡。隨著時代的進步，這種符合城市發(fā)展觀念的新風格成為了一種社會文化現(xiàn)象開始在全球范圍內流行起來，如今更成為了一種生活方式。本文對LOFT的概念、特點、產生、發(fā)展直到普及等各個方面進行了介紹，并由此總結和提出了關于LOFT風格的設計方法和LOFT風格的常規(guī)設計原則。LOFT風格在發(fā)展的不同階段受到其他風格的影響也具有多變性，本文是從了解LOFT風格的起源到發(fā)展的過程中總結出關于LOFT風格在室內應用的設計方法。 關鍵詞：LOFT別墅 室內設計 LOFT風格
ABSTRACT:With the social development and the improvement of living standards of the people for the pursuit of quality of life also will be changed. Gradually quality of life and a higher level of spiritual pursuit gradually become strive for the goal. Today villa style and took various forms, LOFT style worldwide rise of China laid the foundation for the development of LOFT and provide a reference. It originated in New York, is a former industrial building an effective update the design and re-use. In this paper, the concept of LOFT, features, production, development and other aspects until the popularization were introduced, and thus summarized and presented on the LOFT LOFT style design methods and styles of conventional design principles.
