摘 要:本文主要寫對自然設(shè)計的理解,自然設(shè)計的發(fā)展過程,餐飲空間設(shè)計的現(xiàn)狀,餐飲空間設(shè)計的要點,和自然設(shè)計在餐飲空間中的表現(xiàn)手法,和在自己畢業(yè)設(shè)計中的體現(xiàn)。 首先,本文對自然設(shè)計大環(huán)境做了簡單的概括與梳理,并總結(jié)了自然設(shè)計方法和要求,對自然設(shè)計的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了簡單的闡述,從不同的角度和不同的時間段,對自然設(shè)計進(jìn)行分析。 然后對餐飲空間的設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡單的分析,從餐飲行業(yè)和人們的生活等方面出發(fā),說明餐飲空間自然設(shè)計的重要性。再從餐飲空間設(shè)計的要點中,探討自然設(shè)計的體現(xiàn)。 通過對自然設(shè)計在餐飲空間的的表現(xiàn)手法,結(jié)合自己的畢業(yè)設(shè)計,抓住自然設(shè)計的要點,去體現(xiàn)人們對健康生活的追求,自然設(shè)計在餐飲空間中的重要性。 關(guān)鍵詞:自然設(shè)計 綠色 就餐環(huán)境
ABSTRACT:This article gives an introduction to the concept and development process of design with nature as well as the current situation and main points of restaurant designing. Based on the reflection in my own graduation project, this article analyzes various approaches of natural designing used in the restaurant designing. First of all, the author analyzes the over-all environment of natural designing and summarizes the methods and requirements of design with nature. From different perspectives and different periods of time, a brief discussion of the development process of natural designing is given in this article. Secondly, the author makes a simple analyze on the current situation of restaurant designing. From the aspects of foodservice industry and people's livelihood this article explains the importance of natural designing in the restaurant space. Combined with my own graduation project, this article focuses on the key points of design with nature and analyzes the importance of natural designing in the restaurant space through practice.
