摘要:老年人公寓適應(yīng)性設(shè)計是現(xiàn)今物質(zhì)文明發(fā)展的高度體現(xiàn)。社會高速的發(fā)展，人的審美觀也不斷強化。公寓的設(shè)計追求材料、形式新穎方向，卻忽略了內(nèi)在適用性。人性化方面，提出以老年人為核心設(shè)計。本文通過了解我國老年人口情況，對老年人心理、生理、生活習慣作出簡單分析，提出以“適應(yīng)性設(shè)計”為概念，以老年人為本的原則，通過順德龍江高齡者公寓為實例分析，對未來老年人公寓發(fā)展提出建議，力求為老年人提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的生活，促進社會和諧發(fā)展，為老年人公寓提供一定的借鑒作用。 關(guān)鍵詞：老年人，適應(yīng)性，心理，生理，生活習慣
Abstract:Adaptability design for old people is the high expression of the material civilization development during these days. People’s aesthetic standard change and change with the rapid development of our life. The main points for indoor design are material and new directions for form, but lack of inner applicability and ignore the design for old people this point. From knowing old people according to this passage, we make a simple analysis about their psychological, physical, living habit. Finally we get the idea about adaptive design. By Old People Principle, do everything we need in the residential space plane layout, In Longjiang.town,shunde for neuropsychology house analysis of the practical examples. We should do our best to offer better life for old people, promote Social Harmonious Development. It has some references to inner design for house of aged. 本文通過對老年人的心理、生理特點進行一系列的分析，抓住共性特點，歸納匯總得出老年人公寓設(shè)計的基本原則，依據(jù)原則為基礎(chǔ)引導，在日后有關(guān)老人公寓居住設(shè)計方面更合理，嚴格遵守以人為本，一切從老年人出發(fā)的原則，希望能帶給老人美的享受。對未來的老年人居住空間發(fā)展作出顯淺的見解和倡導，改善我們老年人公寓環(huán)境，希望能帶給老人溫馨舒心的享受。 本文對老年人公寓的實踐運用具有一定的啟示和指導作用。在現(xiàn)今設(shè)計行業(yè)忽略了對人的實際應(yīng)用性，老年人生活問題會越來越受到廣大人們?nèi)リP(guān)注，所以在不久的將來為所有已經(jīng)或即將步入老年人設(shè)計出真正適合老年人長時期居住的健康空間。設(shè)計觀念到表現(xiàn)形式都在不斷的推陳出新，縱深發(fā)展，希望此方法的總結(jié)能為老人公寓居住環(huán)境設(shè)計的發(fā)展帶來推動作用，為營造和諧社會作出微薄之力。
