摘要:本文通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在用戶體驗設計上的應用，分析家電以用戶體驗為中心的設計趨勢，本文先介紹物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的概念、技術和應用，之后總結物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在家電的設計、生產(chǎn)、用戶體驗、回收與再資源化等方面的應用。近年來體驗經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展已經(jīng)對各行各業(yè)都產(chǎn)生了影響，未來的家電設計會更加注重用戶的體驗。之后從用戶體驗五個需求中，詳寫物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在感覺需求和交互需求中的應用，通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對人、產(chǎn)品這兩個方面去滿足感覺需求和交互需求，從而對用戶體驗的改變。然后通過在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對用戶體驗的改變上分析總結的家電以用戶體驗為中心的設計趨向。 關鍵詞：物聯(lián)網(wǎng)，用戶體驗，家電
Abstract:This article through the content system network in the application of the user experience design, analysis of home appliance with user experience as the center of the design trend, first introduces the concept, content and application of networking technology, then summarizes the application of networking design, the production, the user experience, recovery and recycling in home appliances. In recent years, the development of experience economy has had an effect on all walks of life, the future of home appliance design will pay more attention to the user experience. From those five demands among the user experiences, detailed written content networking in the application of the feeling needs and interactive demands, to meet feeling and interactive demands through experience of content networking for people and product two aspects, then change the users’ experience. Finally analyze and conclude the design trend which takes users’ experience as the center on the basis of the change of their experiences on home appliances. 物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的目的是更充分的實現(xiàn)互聯(lián)互通和信息共享，不僅在物體和物體之間，而且使用戶和物理世界之間也智能地聯(lián)結在一起，徹底地整合現(xiàn)實物理世界與信息世界。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術讓許許多多的想象成為了現(xiàn)實，作為一門令物與物之間實現(xiàn)自由對話的技術，它有助于家電的用戶體驗設計過程中更自由地發(fā)揮其想象力。因為新技術的出現(xiàn)，讓這一切都不再那么遙不可及，這些人機交互的新方式在不遠的將來成為現(xiàn)實。 物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術給設計帶來的變革是巨大的，就是在這樣的背景下進一步為人類創(chuàng)造出更好用戶體驗。而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的興起不但給用戶體驗設計提供了更完善的技術和實現(xiàn)的可能性，從某一個角度來看.更是對用戶體驗設計的一種新的挑戰(zhàn)。
