摘要:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速的發(fā)展，人們的生活水平的提高。希望有一個寬敞舒適，環(huán)境優(yōu)美的住宅，是每一個人都生活的美好追求。所以住宅對于人們來說越來越重要。其中住宅對于地域的分類也作出了分類，就產生出城市的商業(yè)住宅和村鎮(zhèn)住宅兩個類別。當城市在高速發(fā)展，村鎮(zhèn)也隨著國家政策改革開發(fā)帶來的無限生機的時候，身為設計師的我們，更加應該對城市商業(yè)住宅和村鎮(zhèn)住宅進行研究，對兩者的環(huán)境特點、文化差異以及功能使用上的區(qū)別做出歸納與分析。只有對城市商業(yè)住宅和村鎮(zhèn)住宅有著更加深入的了解，才能設計出更好的設計方案。在本篇論文里主要就對城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的環(huán)境以及功能區(qū)別進行探討與分析，明確該論文研究的重要性及意義。 關鍵詞：城市住宅，村鎮(zhèn)住宅，環(huán)境,，功能布置
Abstract:Having a spacious-comfortable apartment and living in a peaceful and beautiful environment is the best wishes for everyone，especially as the rapidly development of the society and economy，the quality of our life has been improved. People realize that residence has become more and more important for us. Base on the regional classification, residence can be classified into two parts，commercial residential building for city and housing for villages and towns. As we all known, the rapidly development happens in the city, all the same time, thanks for the Reform Policies in our country, villages and towns become more fashion and pluralism.An outstanding designer should pay more attention to study of two parts of the classification.Though the research of environment quality，cultural and application functions between commercial residential building for city and housing for villages and towns , we find the relationship from two parts of the residence. Our growing understanding will show us a new field so that we could work out a better design issues.This paper attempts to conclude and analysis the difference from environment quality and application functions betweencommercial residential building for city and housing for villages and towns . 隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展，物質生活水平的不斷提高，人們對于衣食住行的需求也在逐漸增長，希望有一個寬敞舒適，環(huán)境優(yōu)美的住宅，是每個人生活的美好追求。本篇論文就城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)宅兩大類住宅做出了環(huán)境、功能空間以及文化特點方面的初步研究，分析到城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的不同之處。從城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的國內概況與特點，到城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的國內環(huán)境特點、生活配套設施，再到城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的文化差異、生活方式。多方面的研究與分析，結合我們環(huán)境藝術設計的專業(yè)知識，大膽的對城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的發(fā)展與趨勢做出預測。我相信通過本篇論文對城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅的環(huán)境及功能使用區(qū)別的研究與分析，讓身為環(huán)境藝術設計專業(yè)的我們更加懂得了城市商業(yè)住宅與村鎮(zhèn)住宅兩者居民的需求，在將來面對著這兩者的設計方案時有著堅實的基礎，使我們做出更成熟，更創(chuàng)新、更符合客戶要求設計方案。
