摘要:餐飲空間的人性化設(shè)計(jì)是非常重要的,在追求生活高品質(zhì)的今天,餐飲餐廳不僅要舒適美觀(guān),而且還要滿(mǎn)足人的功能需求。之所以餐飲空間一再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)人性化設(shè)計(jì),是因?yàn)槿诵曰O(shè)計(jì)是基礎(chǔ),是判斷餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的好與壞的前提。因?yàn)樵O(shè)計(jì)是服務(wù)于人,人是設(shè)計(jì)物的接受者,所以餐飲空間必須圍繞人來(lái)設(shè)計(jì),人是設(shè)計(jì)的唯一對(duì)象,這樣的話(huà)必須符合人性化設(shè)計(jì)。人的生活質(zhì)量的提高,對(duì)餐飲環(huán)境的要求也越來(lái)越高,人性化設(shè)計(jì)已成為一種趨勢(shì)。 本文主要分為五個(gè)部分,首先對(duì)人性化設(shè)計(jì)理念進(jìn)行解讀和對(duì)餐飲空間進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要論述;其次是對(duì)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)各要素食膳餐廳的運(yùn)用進(jìn)人性化設(shè)計(jì)行分析;再次對(duì)人性化設(shè)計(jì)在餐飲空間食膳餐廳設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析。最后同時(shí)運(yùn)用到我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)食膳餐廳設(shè)計(jì)中,從不同角度和層次對(duì)人性化設(shè)計(jì)加以論述。 關(guān)鍵詞: 餐飲空間,人性化設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用
Abstract:The user-friendly design of the dining space is very important, in pursuit of the high quality of life, food and beverage restaurant is not only comfortable and beautiful, but also meet the functional requirements. The reason why the restaurant space has repeatedly stressed that the user-friendly design, is user-friendly design is the foundation, is the prerequisite for good or bad judgment dining space. 縱觀(guān)餐飲空間的發(fā)展歷程,人們從最初的單一就餐行為,發(fā)展為集就餐、休閑、娛樂(lè)服務(wù)為一體的享受型就餐模式,均反映了經(jīng)濟(jì)消費(fèi)水平的提高,全球飲食文化觀(guān)念的形成。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展的不斷進(jìn)步,社會(huì)國(guó)際化不斷推進(jìn),只有將餐飲設(shè)計(jì)與人性化的有關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行有機(jī)的結(jié)合,并堅(jiān)持以“人”為本,符合人性化設(shè)計(jì)基本原理的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造出人性化的餐飲設(shè)計(jì),這樣才會(huì)把餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)做到盡善盡美。 本文對(duì)餐飲設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用具有一定的啟示和指導(dǎo)作用。對(duì)于當(dāng)今的全球化進(jìn)程中,餐飲設(shè)計(jì)以有著快速的發(fā)展,而且到了很成熟的階段,設(shè)計(jì)觀(guān)念到表現(xiàn)形式都在不斷的推陳出新,縱深發(fā)展,希望此方法能給餐飲設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)推動(dòng)作用。
