摘要:在電量的測(cè)量中,電壓、電流和頻率是最基本的三個(gè)被測(cè)量。其中,電壓量的測(cè)量最為常見。隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,用指針式萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量小幅度直流電壓已經(jīng)顯得有些不太方便。另外,由于數(shù)字式儀器具有讀數(shù)準(zhǔn)確方便、精度高、誤差小、靈敏度高和分辨率高、測(cè)量速度快等特點(diǎn)而倍受用戶青睞,數(shù)字式電壓表就是基于這種需求而發(fā)展起來(lái)的。本文將介紹一種由數(shù)字電路以及單片機(jī)構(gòu)成的雙路顯示數(shù)字電壓表的設(shè)計(jì)。 本設(shè)計(jì)在傳統(tǒng)數(shù)字電壓表(單路)的基礎(chǔ)上加于擴(kuò)展和改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)制作一個(gè)以單片機(jī)為核心的雙路顯示數(shù)字電壓表,能夠巡回采集兩路直流電壓的數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行信號(hào)分時(shí)處理及標(biāo)度變換,同時(shí)顯示兩路電壓,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙路直流電壓的測(cè)量。該電壓表不僅能完成簡(jiǎn)單的單路直流電壓的測(cè)量,而且完成雙路電壓的同時(shí)測(cè)量,便于雙路電壓的比較,減小因單路分別測(cè)量帶來(lái)的誤差和影響,能夠應(yīng)用于需要同時(shí)測(cè)量比較雙路電壓的多種環(huán)境。 該電壓表主要由三個(gè)模塊組成:A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊及電壓顯示模塊。A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊采用ADC0832芯片,數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊采用STC89C52單片機(jī), 電壓顯示模塊采用LCD1602液晶顯示屏。該電壓表測(cè)量電壓類型是直流,測(cè)量范圍是0-20V,誤差范圍是0-0.10V。 關(guān)鍵詞:STC89C52 ;ADC0832;LCD1602;數(shù)字電壓表
ABSTRACT:In the measurement of electricity, voltage, current and frequency is the most basic of the three measurements.Among them, the amount of voltage measurement is the most common. With the development of electronic technology, the small magnitude of the DC voltage measured by multimeter has seemed to be somewhat inconvenient. In addition, because the digital instrument readings accurate and convenient, high precision, the error is small, high sensitivity and high resolution, fast measurement speed and highly popular to users, the digital voltmeter is developed based on this demand. This article describes the design of a digital circuit and microcontroller consisting of dual display digital voltmeter. The design in the traditional digital voltmeter (single) on the basis of the expansion and improvement, design a microcontroller as the core of the dual display digital voltmeter to be able to tour to collect data of the two DC voltage and the signal time-sharing processing and scale conversion, while the voltage of the two dual DC voltage measurement. The voltmeter is not only able to complete a simple single-channel DC voltage measurements, and complete dual voltage measurement at the same time, to facilitate the comparison of dual-voltage, reduce the error caused by the single measurement and influence, can be used need to measuring a variety of more dual voltage environment. The voltmeter consists of three modules: the A / D converter module, the data processing module and voltage display module. A / D converter module using ADC0832 chip, data processing module STC89C52 microcontroller, voltage display module using the LCD1602 LCD display.
