摘要:隨著分散式控制系統(tǒng)在自動化控制領域的不斷發(fā)展,當今越來越需要對外部多個事物同時進行數(shù)據(jù)采集。本設計所使用的LABVIEW,是一種常用的人機交互界面,主機和從機之間通過RS-485總線相連,僅通過兩根數(shù)據(jù)線連接就可以方便地組成一個數(shù)據(jù)傳輸遠、可靠性高、一主多從式的分散數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。本次設計的數(shù)據(jù)分散采集系統(tǒng)是通過設計以AT89C51單片機作為微處理器,使用傳感器對外界事物進行數(shù)據(jù)采集,并通過時鐘電路對測量結果進行修正,然后通過MAX485系統(tǒng)傳輸數(shù)據(jù)。系統(tǒng)PC機界面使用LabVIEW軟件進行設計,可以同時記錄多個傳感器所采集到的數(shù)據(jù)。通過傳感器采集數(shù)據(jù),并使用MAX485的通信模塊,將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到計算機中,并且采集到的數(shù)據(jù)將在LabVIEW界面中顯示,以便實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控和控制。 關鍵詞 485總線 ;單片機;LABVIEW;分散數(shù)據(jù)采集
Abstract:In the field of automation and control, along with the development of distributed control systems, industrial control systems, often using serial communication to achieve the purpose of remote communication. This design uses LabVIEW software, via RS-485 bus connection between master and slave have a good interactive interface, simply use two data lines can be easily formed a transmission distance, good reliability, a master and multiple slaves distributed data acquisition.This design of the sensor detection system sub-module using AT89C51microprocessor as the next-bit machine, sensor data acquisition desired target binding. At the same time,we can use the sensor in the microprocessor collect dates from the things in the outside world, in order to compensate the measurement results, the purpose of reducing the false alarm rate. Using LabVIEW to imitate software interface in the syetem PC, you can upload data, while monitoring multiple sub-modules.
