摘要 LED顯示屏是利用發(fā)光二極管點(diǎn)陣模塊或像素單元組成的平面式顯示屏幕。由于它具有光效高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、組態(tài)靈活、色彩豐富以及對(duì)室內(nèi)外環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在國(guó)內(nèi)外得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。在短短的十來(lái)年中,LED 點(diǎn)陣顯示屏就以亮度高、工作電壓低、功耗小、小型化、壽命長(zhǎng)、耐沖擊和性能穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)點(diǎn)迅速成長(zhǎng)為平板顯示的主流產(chǎn)品,在信息顯示領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。LED的發(fā)展前景極為廣闊,目前正朝著更高亮度、更高耐氣候性、更高的發(fā)光密度、更高的發(fā)光均勻性、可靠性、全色化方向發(fā)展。 本文介紹了一款以單片機(jī)AT89S51為控制器的字幕型LED顯示屏的硬件設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)中英文字符的顯示和動(dòng)態(tài)特效顯示。并且可以通過(guò)級(jí)聯(lián)的方式來(lái)擴(kuò)大顯示屏幕的尺寸已達(dá)到增加顯示內(nèi)容的目的。系統(tǒng)采用PC機(jī)作為上位機(jī),上位機(jī)向單片機(jī)發(fā)送控制命令和上位機(jī)所存儲(chǔ)的顯示代碼,AT89S51單片機(jī)接收并處理PC 機(jī)的控制命令以及顯示代碼,由顯示驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊驅(qū)動(dòng)一個(gè)16×16分辨率的LED點(diǎn)陣顯示屏的掃描顯示。PC機(jī)與單片機(jī)之間的通信采用RS—232C通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。所選用的AT89S51單片機(jī)具有價(jià)格低廉兼程序?qū)懭敕奖愕奶攸c(diǎn)使得整個(gè)硬件系統(tǒng)方便維護(hù)和檢修。除此之外,該系統(tǒng)只占用了單片機(jī)少量的I/O口和內(nèi)存,為系統(tǒng)留下功能擴(kuò)展的空間。加上串并轉(zhuǎn)換器(譯碼器)74LS164,大大減少可I/O口的占用數(shù)目,為單片機(jī)擴(kuò)展其他功能預(yù)留下來(lái)了空間。選擇鎖存器74LS373,74LS164的輸出條件與74LS373的輸入條件相匹配,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)鎖存器對(duì)譯碼器的數(shù)據(jù)鎖存。 關(guān)鍵字:AT89S51 單片機(jī), LED 點(diǎn)陣顯示, 串行通信
Abstract The LED display is the use of a planar light-emitting diode dot matrix module or unit pixel display. Because it has the advantage of high luminous efficiency, long life, flexible configuration,rich colors and strong ability to adapt to the indoor and outdoor environment, both at home and abroad has been widely used.In just ten years, of LED dot matrix display with high brightness, lower voltages, the power consumption of the small, miniaturization, long service life, impact resistance and stable performance advantages of rapid growth of flat panel display of the mainstream of the products, in the field of information display a wide range of applications. LED development prospect, is currently towards a higher brightness, higher resistance to climate sex, higher light density, higher light uniformity, reliability, and the development direction of full-color. This paper introduces a design of the LED lattice display system base on MCU AT89S51.The system can display in both Chinese and English characters of the show and from top to bottom and move around the magic show. And can be cascaded to expand the screen size to achieve increased content purposes. The PC sends control commands and display code to microcontroller, AT89S51 receives control commands from PC and shows the code, Driver module drives a 16×16-resolution LED lattice LED’s panel display scan showed. Communication between PC and the microcontroller using RS-232C communications standards. The characteristics that AT89S51 microcontroller is cheap and could be coded conveniently makes the whole system Convenient to Maintenance and Repair. In addition, the system will take up only a small amount of the MUC I/O and memory, so that the system has functional space for expansion. Plus string and converter (decoder) 74 LS164, greatly reducing can I/O mouth and the occupation of the number, for the single chip microcomputer expand other function reserve down space. Choose latches 74 LS373, 74 LS164 output conditions and 74 LS373 input conditions match, can realize the latches on decoder data lock to save.
