摘要:如何很好的節(jié)約和利用能源，特別是可持續(xù)性能源，是人類所面臨的重要問題。太陽能熱水器以其廉價、節(jié)能的特點(diǎn)，受到廣大消費(fèi)者的青睞，與之配套的控制器設(shè)計問題一直受到人們的關(guān)注。 本文提出了一種新型的太陽能熱水器控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。本設(shè)計采用MCS-51系列單片機(jī)AT89C52作為中央處理器，結(jié)合外圍電路單元，采用液位傳感器、溫度傳感器（PT100）、輔助加熱電路、DS1302實(shí)時時鐘、1602液晶顯示屏、按鍵等模塊，完成時間、溫度、水位的顯示及設(shè)定功能。 控制系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)天氣情況利用輔助加熱裝置（電加熱器）使蓄水箱內(nèi)的水溫達(dá)到預(yù)先設(shè)定的溫度，從而達(dá)到24小時供應(yīng)熱水的目的。本文主要介紹了單片機(jī)太陽能熱水器測控儀的硬件、軟件的設(shè)計和調(diào)試方法等內(nèi)容。 關(guān)鍵詞：太陽能熱水器；單片機(jī)；控制器；傳感器
Abstract:To economize and utilize energy resource, especially the lasting energy resource, is a problem that humankind has faced. The Solar Energy Heater is becoming more and more popular for its characteristic of low price and low energy consumption. And the controller is studying and developing. A new solar water heater control system design. This design incorporates MCS-51 MCU AT89C52 as central processors, combined with the peripheral circuit unit , the use of liquid level sensor , temperature sensor ( PT100 ) , the auxiliary heating circuit , DS1302 real time clock , 1602 LCD screen , buttons and other modules , Completion of time, temperature, water level display and setting function. According to weather conditions, control system using an auxiliary heating device (electric heater), so that the water temperature of the water storage tank reaches the preset temperature, achieving the purpose of the 24 - hour supply of hot water .This article mainly introduced the monolithic integrated circuit solar-powered water heater observes and controls meter's contents and so on hardware, software's design and debug method.
