摘要:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)在人們生活中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘方式已經(jīng)成為了求職招聘的一大重要手段。通過(guò)它應(yīng)聘者和招聘企業(yè)可以在Internet上突破時(shí)間和空間的限制，實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)聘者的工作求職和企業(yè)的人才招聘。 本課題開(kāi)發(fā)了新視窗人才招聘網(wǎng)站，該網(wǎng)站分為前臺(tái)和后臺(tái)兩部分。其中前臺(tái)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)登錄注冊(cè)、查看搜索招聘信息以及人才信息、制作簡(jiǎn)歷還有問(wèn)題檢索等功能。后臺(tái)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)用戶信息、簡(jiǎn)歷、公司信息、企業(yè)招聘職位等信息的修改和錄入等功能。本課題將給管理員管理整體網(wǎng)站帶來(lái)方便，減少工作量，為企業(yè)會(huì)員和個(gè)人會(huì)員發(fā)布求職招聘信息提供捷徑，給求職者提供廣闊的就業(yè)平臺(tái)。網(wǎng)站主要采用了ASP和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。論文較為詳盡的闡述了新視窗人才招聘網(wǎng)的制作過(guò)程。 關(guān)鍵詞：網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘；ASP；SQL Server
