摘 要:隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，科技的發(fā)展，計(jì)算機(jī)已經(jīng)潛移默化的影響著我們生活的方方面面，計(jì)算機(jī)憑借著高科技賦予的強(qiáng)大功能，使計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)入人類(lèi)社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。 田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)是學(xué)校每年都要舉行的重大活動(dòng)，它在學(xué)校體育教育和校園文化中處于非常重要的位置。隨著我校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)比賽項(xiàng)目、參賽人數(shù)不斷增加, 數(shù)據(jù)處理量的變化與時(shí)效性要求不斷提高,管理較為復(fù)雜。目前我校仍采用傳統(tǒng)手工進(jìn)行信息處理方式管理運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì), 這種管理方式存在許多缺點(diǎn), 如效率低、保密性差, 而且時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)將產(chǎn)生大量的冗余文件, 給查找、更新和維護(hù)工作帶來(lái)了很大的困難, 并且不便于數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和保存，直接影響著工作質(zhì)量與效率,與信息時(shí)代的管理要求極不協(xié)調(diào)。用現(xiàn)代化的手段完成我校田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)各項(xiàng)有關(guān)信息處理工作，對(duì)于規(guī)范學(xué)校信息化管理，減輕主辦單位復(fù)雜而繁重的工作，運(yùn)動(dòng)員能及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的查找競(jìng)賽相關(guān)信息，具有重要的意義。 鑒此，我運(yùn)用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005和Microsoft SQL Server 編程技術(shù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)了田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)信息管理系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)充分發(fā)揮計(jì)算機(jī)在數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和傳輸方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)，輔助組織者完成運(yùn)動(dòng)員報(bào)名、分組編排、成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)、信息查詢(xún)等多項(xiàng)工作, 極大減輕了比賽管理者的工作負(fù)擔(dān), 提高了工作效率。 關(guān)鍵詞：田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)；ASP.NET；管理系統(tǒng)
ABSTRACT:With the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, the computer has a subtle influence on our lives, computers by virtue of the power conferred by the high-tech, put the computer into various areas of human society and plays an irreplaceable role. Track and Field Games is the school every year at major events, it is a very important position in the school physical education and campus culture. With the constant expansion of school enrollment, sports events, the number of entries increases, increasing demands of the changes and timeliness of the amount of data processing, management is more complex. My school is still using the traditional manual handling information management Games, this management approach, there are many shortcomings, such as low efficiency, poor security, and over time will generate a lot of redundant files, to find, update and maintain the work great difficulties, and not easy to statistics and save directly affects the quality and efficiency, and management of the information age requires a very uncoordinated. Use modern means to complete the school track and field sports all relevant information-processing work to standardize the school information management, to reduce the complex and heavy workload of the organizers and athletes in a timely manner, accurately find the contest information, is of great significance. In view of this, I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server programming techniques to develop a track and field sports information management system, the system give full play to the advantages of computer in statistics and data transmission, assisted organizers to complete the Athlete Registration, Grouping, performance statistics, information inquiry and so many tasks, greatly reducing the workload of the game managers to improve the work efficiency.
