摘要：無論是哪個(gè)公司或是商店若要進(jìn)行商業(yè)活動(dòng)，都有很多的進(jìn)貨、銷售、庫存數(shù)據(jù)需要管理。手工管理這些繁雜數(shù)據(jù)的方式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)時(shí)代的潮流，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范化、自動(dòng)化的計(jì)算機(jī)管理是企業(yè)事業(yè)單位高效運(yùn)作的必然要求。 本進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)采用Visual Basic語言和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于軟件開發(fā)效率高，客戶操作方便。該系統(tǒng)主要包括系統(tǒng)登錄時(shí)身份驗(yàn)證，交易管理中進(jìn)貨登記、銷售登記、進(jìn)貨廠商的登記，進(jìn)貨統(tǒng)計(jì)，利潤統(tǒng)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)各類報(bào)表的瀏覽，對(duì)進(jìn)出貨物進(jìn)行綜合查詢，對(duì)商品利潤及商品庫存信息進(jìn)行及時(shí)的報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)，所有操作都可以由管理員完成。 論文主要介紹本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，包括需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、總體設(shè)計(jì)、各個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞:進(jìn)貨 銷售 庫存 進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)
Abstract:No matter which company or store to commercial activities, there are a lot of purchase, sales, inventory data need to be managed. Manual methods to manage these complex data, no longer meet the trend of the times, data standardization, and automated computer management is the efficient operation of enterprises and institutions, a necessary requirement. The inventory management system using Visual Basic language and SQL Server database, the software development advantages of high efficiency, customer easy to operate. The system including the system logon authentication, transaction management in the stock register and sales register, purchase vendor registration, purchase statistics, profits statistics, the realization of various reports of the visit, a comprehensive check on incoming and outgoing goods, inventory of goods and merchandise profits information and timely reporting system, all operations can be done by the administrator.
