摘要：本網(wǎng)站開發(fā)采用ASP.NET環(huán)境，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000為開發(fā)工具，Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng)而實現(xiàn)。設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了求職注冊，公司注冊，發(fā)布招聘信息，發(fā)布簡歷信息，公司信息管理，求職信息管理等主要功能。 招聘網(wǎng)站是展現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)飛速發(fā)展的一個很好的例子。隨著Internet的飛速發(fā)展，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為人們快速獲取、發(fā)布和傳遞信息的主要渠道，在人們的生活中發(fā)揮著極為重要的作用。網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)在Internet應(yīng)用上的地位十分突出，已經(jīng)成為政府、企事業(yè)單位信息化建設(shè)甚至個人Internet應(yīng)用的重要組成部分，倍受關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘以其方便快捷等優(yōu)點，深受廣大公司和應(yīng)聘者喜愛。當(dāng)前市場上招聘類網(wǎng)站綜合性強，在提供了很多職位的同時，也由工作經(jīng)驗限定了很多職位，應(yīng)屆生在篩選招聘信息往往會浪費很多時間。“紅河Job”招聘網(wǎng)站作為專門針對應(yīng)屆生而設(shè)計的網(wǎng)站，為應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生提供更多的求職應(yīng)聘經(jīng)驗，提高求職效率，提供更多就業(yè)機會，同時也為更多的在校生提供求職幫助。再次，“紅河Job”招聘網(wǎng)站為其他各地公司在招聘紅河人才方面提供了一個良好的平臺。 本課題的目標(biāo)是構(gòu)建一個基于ASP.NET的“紅河Job”招聘網(wǎng)站,以各高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)站為基點，運用統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、適時的數(shù)據(jù)更新、分工協(xié)作的信息收集發(fā)布機制，形成完整的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)服務(wù)信息網(wǎng)站, 在一定范圍內(nèi)為廣大紅河高校畢業(yè)生和各類用人單位提供求職和招聘的信息化平臺。 關(guān)鍵詞：招聘；人才；ASP.NET；數(shù)據(jù)庫SQL Server 2000
