摘要：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，以及人們社會(huì)生活經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展的需求，人們對(duì)校園的關(guān)注，和政府企業(yè)等單位對(duì)學(xué)校建設(shè)等投入力度的增大，學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模初具雛形，寬帶的普及使教學(xué)方式產(chǎn)生了很大的變化。利用軟件來(lái)達(dá)到多媒體音視頻教學(xué)、遠(yuǎn)程教育、實(shí)時(shí)教學(xué)都成為可能，而且以不可阻擋的潮流發(fā)展著。國(guó)內(nèi)有許多高校和電視單位都建立了音視頻資源庫(kù)，比如：清華大學(xué)音視頻資源庫(kù)，中國(guó)數(shù)字圖書館音視頻資源庫(kù)。 順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流發(fā)展的方向步伐，我校也正向這個(gè)方向發(fā)著。多年來(lái)，我校教育技術(shù)中心拍攝和積累了大量的各種零碎音視頻資料，這是一筆寶貴的財(cái)產(chǎn)，但是大量音視頻資料存放于磁帶中，無(wú)論保存管理還是查詢使用都相當(dāng)?shù)睦щy，而且沒有呈現(xiàn)給廣大師生進(jìn)行交流學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)有資源得不到有效利用，這也不利于學(xué)校音視頻資料管理與發(fā)展。 為更好利用以及學(xué)校音視頻資料的管理和發(fā)展，對(duì)現(xiàn)有音視頻資料進(jìn)行科學(xué)分類編目管理，檢索查詢和計(jì)算存儲(chǔ)管理，非編素材轉(zhuǎn)碼，以及設(shè)備和固定資產(chǎn)等進(jìn)行全面管理的系統(tǒng)的建立就非常有必要了。建立音視頻資料庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)提供了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)潔高效的內(nèi)容編輯平臺(tái)，操作人員將各種有價(jià)值的素材錄入到系統(tǒng)中，用戶就可以在遠(yuǎn)端計(jì)算機(jī)上檢索、瀏覽這些素材，并可以輕松上傳素材和下載素材。 關(guān)鍵字：音視頻資源；有效利用；管理；發(fā)展
