摘要：隨著信息化的加快，人們越來越向信息化、數(shù)字化發(fā)展。高校教務管理工作是高等教育中一個重要的環(huán)節(jié),是整個院校管理的核心和基礎。教師工作量統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)是一個由人、計算機等組成的能進行信息的收集、傳遞、儲存、加工、維護和使用的系統(tǒng)，從而能代替過去大量、繁雜的手工操作。對于一所學校來說，如何利用計算機計算所有教師工作量？如何消除因人工計算所產(chǎn)生的統(tǒng)計結果錯誤百出？設計出教師工作量統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)就是一個很好的解決方法。 本文分析了目前對于教師工作量缺乏的數(shù)字資源管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀，研究了教師工作量統(tǒng)計所需要的功能模塊，借鑒和綜合了許多關于信息管理系統(tǒng)的圖書資料，提出了一套系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方案，實現(xiàn)了對教師工作量進行有效的統(tǒng)計，重點實現(xiàn)了對教師工作量的計算統(tǒng)計工作。 教師工作量統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)主要完成多功能查詢和計算教師所獲工作量，從而能準確迅速的完成與教學工作量有關的統(tǒng)計工作，解決計算方法復雜、工作效率低的問題。 本系統(tǒng)基于B/S模式，采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作為開發(fā)工具，SQL Server2000作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺的管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過測試，運行穩(wěn)定，已得到認可。 雖然本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)預設設計的基本功能，但還有進一步完善，希冀能夠在不同地域，以不同身份進行系統(tǒng)的訪問，實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)共享與安全。系統(tǒng)應該有良好的可移植性和擴展性。 關鍵詞：工作量統(tǒng)計；B/S模式；SQL Server
ABSTRACT：With the acceleration of the information technology, there is growing information technology, digital development. Educational administration is an important link and the entire management of the core institutions and infrastructure in higher of education .Teachers' workload statistics system, computer, etc. can be composed of information collection, transmission, storage, processing, maintenance and use of the system, which can replace the past a lot of complicated manual. For a school, how to use the computer to calculate all the workload of teachers? How to eliminate the mistakes of the manual calculation of the statistical results? The design of the teachers' workload statistics system is a good solution. This paper analyzes the current situation of the lack of digital resources for teachers 'workload management system, the functionality required by the teachers' workload statistics module, drawing on a combination of many books on information management system, and proposed a system development program. to achieve effective teachers' workload statistics, focusing on the calculation of the workload of teachers. Teacher workload statistics system is mainly to complete multi-function query and calculation of the workload of teachers, which can quickly and accurately complete with teaching workload related statistical work, solve the complicated calculating methods, the problem of low work efficiency.
