摘要:MyOffice是將現(xiàn)代化辦公和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能結(jié)合起來的一種新型的辦公方式，是當(dāng)前新技術(shù)革命中一個(gè)非常活躍和具有很強(qiáng)生命力的技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，是信息化社會(huì)的產(chǎn)物。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)，組織機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的人員可跨越時(shí)間、空間協(xié)同工作。通過MyOffice系統(tǒng)所實(shí)施的交換式網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用，使信息的傳遞更加快捷和方便，從而極大地?cái)U(kuò)展了辦公手段，實(shí)現(xiàn)了辦公的高效率。 本文從企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，在用戶需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的基本目標(biāo)，并闡述系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于WEB的網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)建立在Browser/Server/Database三層構(gòu)架之上，并且本系統(tǒng)采用MVC（Model，View，Controller）三層架構(gòu)，從而使Business層和Web層得到了很好的分離，并且本系統(tǒng)采用了可跨平臺(tái)的Java語言作為主要開發(fā)語言，并使用了基于MVC三層架構(gòu)的Struts框架和實(shí)現(xiàn)了O/R(Object/Relation)的Hibernate框架等J2EE的主流框架，從而大大增加了系統(tǒng)的靈活性和可擴(kuò)展性。并且本系統(tǒng)采用Mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫，從而降低了對(duì)運(yùn)行環(huán)境配置的要求。 關(guān)鍵字：Struts，MyOffice，JSP
Abstract:Transact the automation(the OA-Office Automation) is to transact modernization to put together with the calculator network function knot of a kind of transacts a way newly, is a very active in the current new technique revolution with have very strong vitality of technique applied realm is the outcome of the information-based society.Pass a network, organize the organization insider member can cross over time,space to be in conjunction with a work.Passes the commutation type network application that the OA system carry out, make the information deliver more fast with convenience, expanded to transact means thus and biggest, carry out to transact of high-efficiency. This paper presents the designs for the structures and the functions of the enterprise office automatic system, gives the goal of the system based on the actual situations and the user requirements, and proposes a kind of web-based office automation system, which is built upon Browser/Server/Database architecture,And this system uses MVC(Model-View-Controller) architecture, so the Business Tier separate from the Web Tier, and this system uses the Java Programming-Language which can runs in different environment, especially, this system uses Struts which built upon MVC architecture and Hibernate which implements O/R(Object/Relation).
