摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是圍繞食品企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷存管理的業(yè)務(wù)展開(kāi)分析與設(shè)計(jì)的,針對(duì)現(xiàn)今企業(yè)這樣的一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,我們采用的是結(jié)構(gòu)化的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā),整個(gè)過(guò)程可以分為系統(tǒng)調(diào)查,系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)實(shí)施這樣的幾個(gè)階段。該系統(tǒng)是以企業(yè)的進(jìn)貨管理業(yè)務(wù)、退貨管理業(yè)務(wù)、銷售管理業(yè)務(wù)、以及庫(kù)存管理業(yè)務(wù)為核心的。在整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,始終采用的是結(jié)構(gòu)化方法。該方法要求本系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)的整個(gè)過(guò)程始終要按照規(guī)定步驟,要配合相應(yīng)的圖表工具,在結(jié)構(gòu)化和模塊化這樣的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,系統(tǒng)的分析和總體設(shè)計(jì)階段,采用的是“自上而下”的方法,而在系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段所采用的則是相反的“自下而上”的方法。該設(shè)計(jì)的方案基本上可以滿足新系統(tǒng)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的需求,具有一定的實(shí)用性。 正是為了適應(yīng)了數(shù)字化的潮流,針對(duì)企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷存管理做出的這樣一個(gè)系統(tǒng),目的是提高企業(yè)的工作效率,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,更好的迎合社會(huì)發(fā)展,大大節(jié)省了人力資源并簡(jiǎn)化了工作流程。經(jīng)過(guò)我的慎重考慮,將ASP.NET作為系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)的首選,配合使用C#語(yǔ)法進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),主要是利用其提供的各種強(qiáng)大開(kāi)發(fā)工具,首先應(yīng)該在短時(shí)間內(nèi)建立系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用原形,然后,對(duì)建立的原形系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求迭代,不斷的進(jìn)行修正和加強(qiáng),直到最后形成用戶滿意的可行系統(tǒng),基本上能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)銷存管理所需的全部功能。 本文詳細(xì)的介紹了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的全過(guò)程。本系統(tǒng)采用生命周期法這樣的軟件工程的設(shè)計(jì)思想進(jìn)行全程開(kāi)發(fā),包括系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試等。 關(guān)鍵詞:管理系統(tǒng);軟件工程;進(jìn)銷存;模塊
Abstract:This design is about food enterprises Invoicing management to analyze and design business, according to the business situation of enterprises, using the software development method of structured system investigation, system analysis, system design and system. The system is based on the purchase management, the enterprise returns management, sales management, and inventory management as the core. In the process of analysis and design of the whole system, we use the structured method. The method requires the development of this system has been in accordance with the provisions of procedure, with a certain graph tool, in a structured and modular basis. Basically can satisfy the system requirements for the design, has a certain practicality. It is adapted to the digital trend, a system for Invoicing management of the enterprise, the purpose is to improve the efficiency of enterprises, and better meet the social development, save human resources and simplified the work process. After analysis, we use ASP.NET as the development platform of the system, using the C# syntax development, use the various object-oriented development tools, first established in a short time system application prototype, then, for the initial prototype system needs iteration, and constantly revised and improved, until forms the user satisfied feasible system, all the basic functions the marketing and product management. This paper introduces the system development process. According to the software engineering design ideas, using of the whole life cycle of method development, including system analysis, system design, system testing and so on.
