摘 要:目前我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)正在快速發(fā)展,各行業(yè)也隨之呈現(xiàn)出生機(jī)勃勃的發(fā)展景象,其中餐飲業(yè)的發(fā)展特別的突出。近兩年來更是呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。但在快速發(fā)展的同時,餐飲業(yè)在日常經(jīng)營管理中仍存在著普遍采用手工管理方式,整體科技含量比較低。隨著餐飲企業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大和數(shù)量的增加,手工管理模式不管是在工作效率、人員成本還是提供決策信息方面都已適應(yīng)不了現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)營管理的要求,制約著整個餐飲業(yè)的規(guī)?;l(fā)展和整體服務(wù)水平的提升。利用計算機(jī)進(jìn)行信息收集、儲存、加工、傳遞、維護(hù)以及使用的信息管理系統(tǒng),能夠代替過去那種大量、繁雜的手工操作,提高工作效率、節(jié)約成本。對于一個餐館來說,要順應(yīng)時代潮流,運(yùn)用新的工具來提高工作效率、節(jié)約成本、提高收益,設(shè)計出一個餐飲管理信息系統(tǒng)就是一個很有效的解決辦法。 本文詳細(xì)的介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺的選擇,需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計以及實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。該系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式,使用SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計而成。該系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊包括:會員用戶在線點(diǎn)餐、預(yù)約就餐時間、桌子、確定就餐人數(shù),管理員通過會員提供的信息準(zhǔn)備,同時還提供了結(jié)賬和賬目匯總的功能,方便了管理員和用戶的操作。本文還對各個模塊的功能和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。 關(guān)鍵詞:計算機(jī)信息管理系統(tǒng);餐飲管理;B/S模式
ABSTRACT:China's market economy is the rapid development of various industries will be vibrant development scene showing the development of the catering industry, especially prominent. The past two years is showing a trend of rapid development. But at the same time in the fast growing food and beverage industry in the daily operation and management, there are still commonly used by manual management mode, the overall scientific and technological content is relatively low. With the size of the food and beverage companies to expand and increase in the number of manual management mode, regardless of efficiency, personnel costs or to provide information for decision-making have to adapt to the requirements of modern management, to restrict the large-scale development of the entire catering industry and the overall level of service improved. The use of computers for information collection, storage, processing, delivery, maintenance and use of information management systems, instead of the past that a lot of complicated manual operation,improve efficiency, cost savings. For a restaurant, the trend of the times, the use of new tools to improve efficiency, save costs, increase revenue, and to design a food and beverage management information system is a very effective solution. This article details the introduction of a system development platform of choice, needs analysis, database design and implementation process. The system adopts B / S mode, use the SQL database designed. The system's main function modules include: Member users online ordering, booking dinner time, table, determine the dining number of members to provide information to prepare, the administrator at the same time also provides a checkout and summary accounts, convenient for administrators and users operation.
