摘要:近年來(lái),我國(guó)食品安全形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻。日益加劇的環(huán)境污染和頻繁發(fā)生的食品安全事件給人類(lèi)生命和健康帶來(lái)了巨大的威脅,并已成為人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。針對(duì)此問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)openstack云的技術(shù),利用其nova,keystone,swift,glance的組件搭建一個(gè)高性能的云平臺(tái),在此平臺(tái)上,通過(guò)LAMP的架構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了B/S形式的餐飲食品安全信息存儲(chǔ)及其管理系統(tǒng)。 餐飲食品安全信息管理系統(tǒng)分為四大部分:業(yè)務(wù)辦公平臺(tái),餐飲企業(yè)端,監(jiān)控指揮端,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)管端。業(yè)務(wù)辦公平臺(tái)包括:餐飲單位信息,許可證管理,日常監(jiān)管信息,行政監(jiān)管檢查,從業(yè)人員信息,監(jiān)管人員管理,企業(yè)信用考核,事故報(bào)送管理,抽查專(zhuān)查處理,投訴舉報(bào)處理。餐飲企業(yè)端包括:人員信息,場(chǎng)所設(shè)備,食品留樣,洗滌消毒記錄,食品添加劑,食品臺(tái)賬信息,企業(yè)基本信息。監(jiān)控指揮中心:指令下達(dá),事故追蹤?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)管:執(zhí)法處罰記錄,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查記錄,專(zhuān)項(xiàng)檢查記錄,量化分析評(píng)定。此B/S架構(gòu)的管理系統(tǒng),與mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相關(guān)聯(lián)的中間交互的功能由php實(shí)現(xiàn)。此餐飲食品安全信息管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)嵌在定制的linux鏡像中,而linux鏡像通過(guò)openstack云來(lái)對(duì)外提供服務(wù)。操作者以iaas的方式通過(guò)openstack獲得linux虛擬機(jī)的使用,之后即可被授權(quán)使用虛擬機(jī)內(nèi)置餐飲食品安全信息管理系統(tǒng),這又是類(lèi)似的saas的方式。 本選題的研究成果一方面對(duì)于openstack的搭建,利用以及和LAMP架構(gòu)的結(jié)合具有重要的參考價(jià)值,另一方面建立一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的餐飲食品安全私有云,使各地各方的食品安全監(jiān)管部門(mén)能利用這個(gè)共享云提供的餐飲食品安全信息管理系統(tǒng),來(lái)錄入大量餐飲食品信息,以及來(lái)從中提煉信息的價(jià)值,來(lái)為餐飲食品安全做出貢獻(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 云計(jì)算;openstack;LAMP;餐飲食品安全
Abstract:In recent years, China's food security situation is very grim. Increasing environmental pollution and the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents to human life and health has brought huge threat, and has become a hot issue.
