摘要:本論文研究目的在于開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出一套適用于中小型糧食企業(yè)的庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng),以幫助中小型糧食企業(yè)管理人員對(duì)本企業(yè)的糧食進(jìn)貨、糧食銷售、糧食庫(kù)存查詢等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行信息化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)便捷的信息查詢,達(dá)到提高工作效率的目的。本系統(tǒng)還可以統(tǒng)計(jì)分析某一段時(shí)期內(nèi)的糧食進(jìn)貨和糧食銷售數(shù)據(jù)信息,為企業(yè)發(fā)展和決策提供依據(jù)。本系統(tǒng)采用Access2003數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)為Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0,系統(tǒng)主要功能包括用戶管理、進(jìn)貨管理、銷售管理、庫(kù)存查詢、客戶管理和人事管理六大部分。 用戶管理模塊包括修改密碼、添加用戶和刪除用戶三個(gè)功能。 進(jìn)貨管理模塊包括進(jìn)貨入庫(kù)登記和進(jìn)貨信息查詢功能。銷售管理模塊包括銷售出庫(kù)登記和銷售信息查詢功能。庫(kù)存查詢模塊包括查詢庫(kù)存信息功能??蛻艄芾砟K包括添加、修改和刪除三個(gè)功能。人事管理模塊包括添加、修改和刪除三個(gè)功能。 關(guān)鍵詞:進(jìn)銷存;人事管理;ADO控件;C/S結(jié)構(gòu)
Abstract:The significance of this research project is to design one management system for small and medium sized grain enterprises. This system can assist managerial personnel of these enterprises to implement information management of grain purchasing, grain sales, grain stocks, etc, and furthermore, achieve the aim of fast information inquiries and improve the working efficiency. At the same time, the system can also make statistical analysis of grain purchasing and grain sales over a period of time, so as to provide scientific basis for enterprise development and policy making. This system uses Access 2003 as database and Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 as developing platform. Primary functions of this system include clients management, purchase management, sale management, stocks view, business partners management and employee management. Module of clients management contains three functions of password modification, client addition and clients delete. Module of purchase management contains two functions of purchases registration and purchases inquiries. Module of sale management contains three functions of sales registration and sales inquiries. Module of stocks view contains the function of stocks information inquiries. Module of business partners management contains three functions of addition, modification and delete.
