摘要：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的手工操作已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理，越來越多的公司使用采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)軟件,采購(gòu)管理軟件易于對(duì)公司的采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行管理,并節(jié)省大量的時(shí)間,簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)流程。 論文主要分析了采購(gòu)管理的需求情況，設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)，數(shù)據(jù)流程和系統(tǒng)的主要特點(diǎn)等，重點(diǎn)介紹了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，以及開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)所用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。該系統(tǒng)分為三個(gè)主要模塊，員工管理模塊，基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)模塊，采購(gòu)管理模塊。本系統(tǒng)可以快捷方便的對(duì)采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行管理，并隨時(shí)了解采購(gòu)貨物的庫(kù)存情況和使用情況,以便使公司迅速作出決策,調(diào)整采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)。該系統(tǒng)還可以節(jié)省大量數(shù)據(jù)的手工操作,使用壽命長(zhǎng)，成本低，存儲(chǔ)量大，提高了公司采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)的效率，對(duì)公司的發(fā)展有很大的幫助。 系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前較流行的web應(yīng)用技術(shù)---JSP、Java、Ajax，運(yùn)用B/S模式使系統(tǒng)更加的方便，采用MY SQL作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，利用JDBC技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了與后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的互連，使用JavaBean技術(shù)封裝了對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的常用操作。同時(shí)，系統(tǒng)采用目前比較流行的web設(shè)計(jì)模式MVC模式使系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展性大大的增強(qiáng)。 關(guān)鍵字：采購(gòu)管理, web應(yīng)用技術(shù), 采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)
Abstract：With the rapid development of computer technology, the traditional manual no longer meet the procurement management, more and more companies use the procurement management system software, purchasing management software is easy for companies to manage procurement operations, and save a lot of time, simplify the system processes. Paper analyzes the demand for procurement management, design goals, data structure, data flow and the main characteristics of the system, focusing on functional modules of the system detailed design and implementation methods and the development of the key technologies used in the system. The system is divided into three main modules, employee rights management module,basic data management module, procurement management module. The system can be fast and convenient management of procurement operations and to keep abreast of the procurement of goods and use the inventory to enable the company to make decisions quickly, adjust the procurement operations. The system can also save a lot of manual data, long life, low cost, large memory capacity, improve the efficiency of procurement operations of the company, the development of the company is very helpful. System uses the more popular web application technology --- JSP, Java, Ajax, the use of B/S model makes the system more convenient, using MY SQL as the backend database, using JDBC technology for the interconnection with the background database, using JavaBean technology encapsulates the common operations on the database. At the same time, the system uses the more popular web design patterns MVC model allows expansion of the system greatly enhanced.
