摘要:電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,給人們帶來便利的同時(shí),也逐漸體現(xiàn)出諸多問題,如責(zé)任意識(shí)淡薄,誠信缺乏等。傳統(tǒng)的信息安全技術(shù)可以有效抵抗病毒,木馬等網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊,但對(duì)于網(wǎng)上交易過程中出現(xiàn)的信任問題卻無計(jì)可施。目前針對(duì)第三方交易平臺(tái)如淘寶,卓越等的信譽(yù)體系的欺詐行為攻擊使其不能真實(shí)反映買賣雙方信任度。本文對(duì)目前的信譽(yù)信任模型進(jìn)行了深入分析,并特別研究了模型的抗攻擊能力和時(shí)效性,提出了一種基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的具有抗攻擊能力和時(shí)效性的信譽(yù)與信任模型。主要的研究工作如下: 采用二維聚類過濾算法對(duì)欺詐數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行排查;依靠交易節(jié)點(diǎn)交易后的評(píng)分建立信譽(yù)模型;通過信任傳遞關(guān)系建立信任模型;引入糾偏參數(shù)和時(shí)間權(quán)值,實(shí)現(xiàn)信譽(yù)值的客觀化,信任值的主觀化以及信譽(yù)和信任值時(shí)效化,為交易者提供決策幫助。 經(jīng)過多輪仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該模型能夠正確客觀地反映交易節(jié)點(diǎn)的交易行為以及存在交易關(guān)系節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的信任程度,對(duì)于錯(cuò)誤推薦攻擊,叛國者攻擊和聯(lián)合攻擊具有較高的抵抗能力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),信任,信譽(yù),抗攻擊,時(shí)間權(quán)
Abstract:The rapid development of e-commerce, bringing convenience to people, gradually reflects many problems, such as the weak sense of responsibility and the lack of credit. Traditional information security technology can be effective against viruses, Trojans and other network attacks, but it can’t solve the problems of credit during the transactions. Currently the third party trading platform such as TAOBAO, Amazon and so on can’t really reflect the trust between buyers and sellers when it is attacked by fraud. In this paper, we have made a deep analysis of the current model of reputation and trust, especially the studies of the model’s anti-attack capability and effectiveness for a given period of time. We proposed a social network based, anti-attack, aging reputation and trust model. The main research work is as follows: Two-dimensional cluster filtering is used to get rid of cheating data. Reputation model is established by the rating after the transaction of transaction nodes. Trust model is established by the relationship of trust transformation. Correcting parameter is introduced to obtain objective reputation value and subjective trust value. Time weight parameter is introduced to make reputation value and trust value effective during a period of time, which would give dealers helps for decision. Several rounds of experiments show that the model can correctly and objectively reflect the trading behavior and the degree of trust between transaction nodes, and has a good resistant ability on mistaking recommendation attack, traitor attack and joint attack. 本文主要研究了基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信譽(yù)與信任模型,包括信用數(shù)據(jù)的采集及建模,模型的抗攻擊能力。通過將推薦信任與社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合,使信任模型和實(shí)際社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中大眾對(duì)信任的認(rèn)識(shí)相一致;在模型中引入糾偏參數(shù)。糾偏參數(shù)的引入一方面使信用模型更為準(zhǔn)確,另一方面提高了模型的抗攻擊能力;在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種欺詐數(shù)據(jù)二維過濾算法。該算法通過橫向、縱向兩個(gè)維度的數(shù)據(jù)分析,使欺詐數(shù)據(jù)的排查更加準(zhǔn)確。
