摘要:本課題研究的是基于ASP.NET的學(xué)校辦公自動化系統(tǒng),目的是設(shè)計出一個適合中小企業(yè)的辦公自動化系統(tǒng),以提高辦公效率和管理水平。根據(jù)實際工作要求,在分析目前企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合辦公自動化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的概念、結(jié)構(gòu)及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的基本原理和方法,設(shè)計開發(fā)了學(xué)校辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用最先進(jìn)的ASP.NET進(jìn)行開發(fā), 語言使用C#,數(shù)據(jù)庫選用SQL Server 2000。系統(tǒng)主要有內(nèi)部郵件、員工管理、文件管理、系統(tǒng)管理4大模塊。內(nèi)部郵件系統(tǒng),用戶可以設(shè)置自己的群組,可以回復(fù),方便了企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息交流;員工管理提供了人力資源的一些基礎(chǔ)性模塊;文件管理實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)對電子文檔的集中統(tǒng)一管理;日程管理則方便了學(xué)校員工管理工作計劃和合理的安排日程;系統(tǒng)管理主要是考慮系統(tǒng)的安全性。系統(tǒng)基本能滿足學(xué)校辦公過程中的工作需要。系統(tǒng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化分析和設(shè)計方法,采用ASP.NET,ADO.NET,JAVASCRIPT,關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計和開發(fā),目前可以在SQL Server 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫和IIS下正確運(yùn)行。論文還論述了B2C電子商務(wù)的開發(fā)背景、系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)和需求、系統(tǒng)分析、總體設(shè)計、詳細(xì)設(shè)計、編碼實現(xiàn)以及在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中碰到的主要問題及其解決方法。 關(guān)鍵詞:基于Web; 辦公自動化 ;ASP.NET ;SQL SERVER 2000; 內(nèi)部郵件
Abstract:This topic researches enterprise office automation system based on ASP.NET, and its goal is to designing a suitable office automation system for the small and medium-sized enterprise to enhance the office efficiency and the management level. I have designed and developed this enterprise office automation system according to the practical work requests, which is based on the analysis of the existing problems in present enterprise office automation system. And this system has combined the concept and the structure of the office automation system development as well as the principle and methods of the system development. This system has used the most advanced ASP.NET to carry on the development, which has also used C# as the language, and SQL Server 2000 as the database. The system has four parts: the internal mail, the staff manages, the document management, the program management and the system management. As the system provides the formidable internal email system for the staff in the enterprise, the users can set their own group, can reply and retransmit the email, which has facilitated the information communication among the enterprise internal staff; The staff management has provided several basic modules of the human resources; The document management has enabled the enterprise to carry on concentrated unities management to the electronic documents; And the program management has facilitated the staff of the enterprise to manage the work plan and to arrange the program reasonably; The system management mainly is considers the security of the system. 本文詳細(xì)描述了基于ASP.NET的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的過程,對于各種辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的研究,具有一定的理論和實踐意義。 運(yùn)用軟件工程的方法,從實踐的角度探討如何使用軟件工程的方法從系統(tǒng)的可行性研究、需求分析、總體設(shè)計、詳細(xì)設(shè)計到系統(tǒng)測試進(jìn)行了逐一分析。 重點闡述了ASP.NET的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn): (1) 分析了目前辦公自動化技術(shù)和現(xiàn)狀,采用了ASP.NET作為辦公自動化的平臺,目前先進(jìn)的B/S開發(fā)模式,采用了流行的結(jié)構(gòu)架構(gòu)模式,并對在該平臺上開發(fā)B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了一定的研究; (2) 結(jié)合實際項目的開發(fā)研究中,針對企業(yè)辦公系統(tǒng)的辦公特點,從功能角度對辦公自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計。 (3) 對基于數(shù)據(jù)庫的工作流進(jìn)行了討論和設(shè)計。 (4) 引入基于角色的安全訪問控制模型,實現(xiàn)不同角色訪問不同信息的安全操作控制。
