摘要:客商管理系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)管理客商及銷售信息的系統(tǒng)化和規(guī)范化，提高消費者的滿意度和忠誠度。以客商管理系統(tǒng)替代表格管理，避免了由于工作疏忽所造成的各種錯誤，使用戶更加直觀地掌控業(yè)務運轉(zhuǎn)情況，提高客戶轉(zhuǎn)化率，增加客戶粘性。 本文介紹了佳誠科技有限公司客商管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)是佳誠科技有限公司內(nèi)部人員使用的一元化客商管理系統(tǒng)，主要提供客商檔案及其人員和資產(chǎn)的信息存儲和檢索。 本系統(tǒng)利用MyEclipse進行后臺處理，JSP用來寫頁面，SQL Server 2005用來構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫表。本系統(tǒng)主要包括客商管理、客商服務、庫存商品、信息查詢、用戶管理和基礎(chǔ)信息管理。系統(tǒng)主要包括兩類用戶：普通用戶和管理員。普通用戶負責前臺的信息增加、修改、刪除等，管理員負責后臺的數(shù)據(jù)處理及客商檔案和產(chǎn)品信息的維護。 佳誠科技有限公司客商管理系統(tǒng)是一個中小型數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)，它的界面簡潔美觀、操作簡單易懂、安全性高，基本上滿足了企業(yè)對客戶關(guān)系管理的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 佳誠科技有限公司；客商管理系統(tǒng)；數(shù)據(jù)庫；JAVA；SQL Server 2005
Abstract:The customers management system is designed for realizing enterprise management and sales the systematization and standardization of information,at the same time,the system can also improve the satisfaction and loyalty of customers.With repacing customers management system for form management, it prevents from various kinds of mistakes due to administrative staff neglect .On this condition,the user can master the business operation more intuitively with improving customers conversion rate and increase customers stickiness. This thesis mainly introduces the design and implementation of the customers management system.This system is a kind of unified customers management system for internal staff use in Jia cheng technology limited company .It mainly provides the customers files and information storage and retrieval of staff and assets. The system processes background with MyEclipse,writes the page with JSP ,and constructs database talbe with SQL Server 2005.This system mainly includes customers management, customers service, finished goods,information query,user management and basic information management. The system includes two kinds of users: ordinary users and administrators. Ordinary users are responsible for the reception of information incresing,modifying and deleting information.Administrators is responsible for backstage supporter of the data procession and safeguard of customers files product information . Jia cheng technology limited company customers management system is a small and medium-sized data management system. Its concise and beautiful interface, easy operation, high security, basically meet the requirements of customers management within the enterprise.
