摘要:隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展，基于計(jì)算機(jī)的公司管理平臺已成為一種必然。為了方便用戶了解公司業(yè)務(wù)范圍及對外的服務(wù)水平，同時也有利于公司對員工及業(yè)務(wù)的管理，本人為徐州萬寧消防服務(wù)有限公司開發(fā)了一個基于B/S模式的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)是以Maven作為系統(tǒng)主要開發(fā)的框架，以MySQL作為數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)前臺實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶瀏覽公司網(wǎng)站，公司員工管理業(yè)務(wù)信息，后臺實(shí)現(xiàn)管理員對用戶信息管理，對網(wǎng)站信息資源的及時上傳和更新等功能，還實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶的添加、刪除、修改用戶權(quán)限設(shè)置等功能。本系統(tǒng)具有界面簡單，操作方便等特點(diǎn)。 本論文介紹了徐州萬寧消防服務(wù)有限公司業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路、總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、功能設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，重點(diǎn)介紹了該系統(tǒng)的界面和各模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方法和設(shè)計(jì)過程，還介紹了該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)背景、開發(fā)意義，開發(fā)工具和技術(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)；JSP應(yīng)用；MySQL；Maven
Abstract:With the continuous development of business, platform based on the computer platform for the company's management has become a necessity. In order to facilitate users to understand the company's business scope and service level, and also conducive to the company to the company’s management of its employees and of business, I have developed a business management system which is based on B/S mode for Xuzhou Wan Ning Fire Service Company Ltd. Using Maven as the main development system framework and MySQL as the database management system, the system can be operated easily with its simple interface. The front desk of the system enables the users to browse the company’s website, and allows the staff to supervise to manage the user information, and to upload and update information resources in time. This paper introduces the management system's overall design ideas and scheme design, and the functional design and structural design of Xuzhou Wan Ning Fire Service Company Ltd. And it mainly introduces the detailed design methods and process of the system interface and modules. 因公司的發(fā)展需要，業(yè)務(wù)不斷增多，需開發(fā)具有業(yè)務(wù)管理功能的網(wǎng)上管理系統(tǒng)，本系統(tǒng)使用Maven+Spring+Hibernate架構(gòu)，采用基于JSP(Java Server Pages）技術(shù)開發(fā)的Web業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)，數(shù)據(jù)庫為MySQL，MyEclipse9.0作為開發(fā)平臺設(shè)計(jì)的一個業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。開發(fā)內(nèi)容分為前臺用戶使用和后臺管理員管理，具體功能模塊如下： 前臺： （1）登錄模塊：實(shí)現(xiàn)管理員登錄和用戶（員工，經(jīng)理）的登錄； （2）消防資訊模塊：實(shí)現(xiàn)為用戶提供消防熱點(diǎn)，消防要聞的瀏覽； （3）消防知識科普宣傳模塊：實(shí)現(xiàn)為用戶提供消防常識宣傳； （4）員工業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)：實(shí)現(xiàn)對員工考核、工作日報提交； （5）董事長信箱：實(shí)現(xiàn)為用戶提供投訴建議信箱； （6）人力資源模塊：實(shí)現(xiàn)包括精英團(tuán)隊(duì)、人才招聘、人才戰(zhàn)略等； （7）業(yè)務(wù)提示功能：實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)對員工的業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃按時提示； （8）關(guān)于萬寧：實(shí)現(xiàn)公司簡介、公司產(chǎn)品企業(yè)案例查看、聯(lián)系功能。 后臺： （1）實(shí)現(xiàn)管理員自身信息的維護(hù)； （2）實(shí)現(xiàn)對用戶進(jìn)行管理（用戶的增加，刪除，修改操作），以及用戶權(quán)限設(shè)置； （3）實(shí)現(xiàn)對員工業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤； （4）實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)站信息資源的及時上傳更新（如消防要聞，人才招聘等）。
