摘要:隨著科學技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，人們已進入信息社會。計算機已深入到各個領域，并且形成了功能強大、覆蓋全球的信息傳輸網(wǎng)絡。各個領域都向系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化的方向發(fā)展，使得工作效率和生活水平都發(fā)生了亙古未有的變化。教師工作量是教師工作績效考核的一種方式，是學校評估教師工作的重要依據(jù)，大多數(shù)學校目前采取的教師工作績效考核主要以教學和科研為主。強調(diào)工作實績考核,包括教學任務、科研項目、成果獎勵、發(fā)表論文、出版專著、獲得專利等。而教學工作量是衡量教師教學任務的重要依據(jù)。 隨著社會的發(fā)展，學校不斷的擴大規(guī)模，相關教學工作量的管理人員對處理各方面的數(shù)據(jù)也提出了更高的要求。而傳統(tǒng)的教師工作量統(tǒng)計方法組織分散，易發(fā)生數(shù)據(jù)丟失，出現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計錯誤等情況，且勞動強度高，速度慢，這使得教師工作考核處理周期長，考核結(jié)果嚴重滯后，影響了教師教學工作考核的質(zhì)量，帶來了不少的負面效應。因此教師希望能夠簡便快捷的上報自己的工作量，同時，能隨時查詢到自己的工作情況，在發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤后能夠正確、及時的做出糾錯。 本系統(tǒng)運用當今最流行的JSP動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁技術(shù)，以SQLSERVER2005為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)基于WEB的教學工作量上報與統(tǒng)計系統(tǒng)，旨在為教學中龐大的教師工作量提供一個智能且高效的統(tǒng)計平臺，它能夠?qū)處煹慕虒W工作量信息進行批量地增加、查詢、修改、統(tǒng)計等 。 關鍵詞 教學工作量；統(tǒng)計；JSP；SQLSERVER

在科學技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天，人們逐漸邁入了信息社會，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為人們生活中必不可少的信息樞紐，它成為人們快速傳遞信息的重要渠道。在計算機尚未普及之前，教師工作量的統(tǒng)計與計算主要依賴于人工計算。傳統(tǒng)的處理工作量的過程是：教師填寫課程等資料以表格的形式上報給教務科，教務科在通過查詢已有的記錄給教師分配教學工作，然后根據(jù)教師的授課情況及其他綜合方面來統(tǒng)計教師的教學工作量，并根據(jù)已規(guī)定的工作量計算方法用手動的或者通過計算器來計算教師的教學工作量。面對繁雜的數(shù)據(jù)和教師上傳的報表，手工的處理方式很難能夠跟上現(xiàn)代化的步伐，并且容易出現(xiàn)計算錯誤及統(tǒng)計不及時導致的工作量的堆積，從而產(chǎn)生一些不必要的麻煩。 目前，計算機已應用于教學工作量的管理，雖然尚有大量需要研究和解決的問題，但計算機輔助管理已在我國的教育管理中得到了廣泛的應用，但總體來說，還是需要不斷的探索和研究，因為它將推動我國的教學工作量信息的處理逐漸邁向現(xiàn)代化。
