摘要:軟件測試簡單說就是測試軟件質(zhì)量的工作。廣義上說，軟件測試就是在軟件開發(fā)期間檢測開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是否合格，運行結(jié)果是否達到客戶需求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其目的是盡快盡早地發(fā)現(xiàn)軟件中存在的缺陷。這一定義明確了軟件測試的根本目的是盡早地發(fā)現(xiàn)并修復(fù)缺陷，以免軟件產(chǎn)品交付后由于潛在的缺陷導(dǎo)致信譽受損。我在此次的實踐活動中掌握了軟件測試的概念、目的、原則和方法，能夠熟練地編寫測試用例、執(zhí)行測試步驟并填寫缺陷報告，還學(xué)會了使用黑盒測試方法,QTP（Quick Test Professional）自動化測試工具等。 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計中，我主要根據(jù)測試計劃手動編寫測試用例，主要以手工測試對“唐網(wǎng)科技”企業(yè)網(wǎng)站管理系統(tǒng)下的會員功能模塊進行功能測試,以確保該系統(tǒng)會員功能模塊能夠滿足客戶需求。我本次主要測試的功能模塊有：首頁、企業(yè)簡介、新聞資訊、產(chǎn)品展示、下載中心、企業(yè)榮譽、營銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)、人才招聘、客戶留言、會員中心這十大模塊。其中，首頁模塊內(nèi)容較多，是重點測試對象，包括新用戶注冊、登錄、新品展示、在線調(diào)查等小模塊。其次，我運用QTP工具對“新用戶注冊”等模塊進行了自動化測試，包括：錄制測試腳本，編輯測試腳本，調(diào)試和運行測試腳本，分析測試結(jié)果。 關(guān)鍵詞：測試用例；黑盒測試；QTP
Abstract:Generally speaking software testing is a work that testing software quality. In a broad sense, software testing is testing during software development in order to develop the quality of the products are qualified, standard operation result whether meet customer demand, its purpose is to find the defects existing in the software as soon as possible. As soon as possible, software testing is to find and fix defects as early as possible, so as to avoid the software product after delivery due to defects of the potential credibility. I master the software testing in the practice of the concept, purpose, principle and method, can skilled writing test cases, execute test step and fill in the defect report, also learned to use black box testing ways and QTP (Quick Test Professional) automated testing tools, etc. In the graduation design, I mainly according to the test plan. Write test cases manually, mainly by manual testing to "tang network technology" enterprise website management system under the membership function module function test, to ensure that the system member function modules to meet customers' requirements. I the main test function module: home page, enterprise introduction, news, product exhibition, download center, enterprise honor, marketing network, talent recruitment, these ten module customer message, the member center. 本課題的來源是我參與了南京中軟ETC的軟件測試實訓(xùn)，對軟件測試行業(yè)有了一定的了解，并產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。我在南京中軟ETC參加了4個月的測試培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)期間主要學(xué)習(xí)了軟件測試?yán)碚摶A(chǔ)知識，包括：Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫基礎(chǔ)，Linux基礎(chǔ)，測試工具QTP以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)知識。之后我順利面試上了一家軟件公司，從事測試工作。在工作的過程中我更加了解了軟件測試這個行業(yè)，它不像我想象的那么輕松簡單，測試人員肩負重任。當(dāng)一個軟件開發(fā)出來后，開發(fā)人員只會測試主要功能是否實現(xiàn)，更多的問題還是依賴測試人員去發(fā)現(xiàn)，想要提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，只能重復(fù)測試。但是，我從來不覺得軟件測試工作枯燥無味，反而找到bug心理很開心，像發(fā)現(xiàn)寶藏一樣，因為我知道找出的問題越多潛在的風(fēng)險越小。 這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計我想通過自己的努力，做一個軟件測試方向的畢業(yè)論文即基于“唐網(wǎng)科技”企業(yè)網(wǎng)站管理系統(tǒng)下會員功能模塊的軟件測試，讓更多的學(xué)子知道測試這一門新課程，能在擇業(yè)時多一份選擇。 “唐網(wǎng)科技”企業(yè)網(wǎng)站管理系統(tǒng)是為了更好地管理企業(yè)信息而開發(fā)的網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)，對該網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)的前臺各個功能模塊進行黑盒測試是我的重點工作。目的是讓“唐網(wǎng)科技”企業(yè)網(wǎng)站管理系統(tǒng)前臺功能更加完善，界面更加美觀。
