摘要:為了建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理機制，提高企業(yè)員工辦公效率，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)辦公規(guī)范化、數(shù)字化和信息化，本人為中小企業(yè)開發(fā)了一個辦公室信息管理系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)使用SSH平臺、JSP技術、MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術及JAVA語言開發(fā)，實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)考勤管理、人事管理、事項管理、郵件管理和個人辦公管理等功能，具有界面簡單、操作方便等特點。 論文從介紹課題的開發(fā)背景和意義入手，分析和研究了中小型企業(yè)信息管理的相關技術，介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體方案設計思路和設計方法，重點介紹了系統(tǒng)各模塊的設計方法和設計過程。 關鍵詞 信息管理；JSP；Spring；MySQL; SSH; JAVA
Abstract:In order to establish a modern enterprise management mechanism, improve the working efficiency of employees, corporate office standardization, digitization and information technology, I have an office information management system developed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The system uses SSH platform, JSP technology, MySQL database technology and JAVA language development, enterprise time and attendance management, personnel management, issues management, mail management and personal office management functions, with a simple interface and convenient operation. 本信息管理系統(tǒng)是專為中小企業(yè)的信息管理而設計的，可以為中小企業(yè)乃至中小商店的信息管理提供較為科學的管理模型，能有效的促進中小企業(yè)的信息管理工作效率的提高，用計算機信息管理的方法實現(xiàn)對信息的管理。 開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的一個目的是針對目前普遍的中小企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)存在的功能不全，操作復雜，系統(tǒng)要求高等一系列問題。該管理系統(tǒng)采用基于B/S 架構的設計模式，可靠，方便，并且功能齊全。 開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的另一個目的是使其具有強大的實用價值，即它可以滿足中小型企業(yè)的信息管理需要，又能集中處理管理信息的變動，為企業(yè)的調整發(fā)展創(chuàng)造一個新的條件。 總體來說，系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標分為以下幾點： (1) 系統(tǒng)界面整潔，美觀，操作簡單； (2) 可隨時掌握最新的員工信息； (3) 靈活準確的考勤，提高工作效率； (4) 查詢靈活方便，數(shù)據(jù)安全可靠； (5) 功能全面，實用性強。
