摘要:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，現(xiàn)在智能化操作平臺(tái)已經(jīng)占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位。由于現(xiàn)在很多學(xué)校的報(bào)刊分發(fā)還處于紙質(zhì)上的流程，因此本文以學(xué)校的報(bào)刊分發(fā)體系的整個(gè)實(shí)際流程出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)了報(bào)刊分發(fā)管理系統(tǒng)。然后分析需求，整理文檔，設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，再到編碼和測(cè)試，最后部署上線。 在.NET技術(shù)平臺(tái)上，我采用了MVC模式去構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。本系統(tǒng)包括兩個(gè)部分，一部分是前臺(tái)客戶端，一部分是后臺(tái)管理用戶操作平臺(tái)。前臺(tái)有三個(gè)模塊，分別是報(bào)刊預(yù)訂，報(bào)刊清單，個(gè)人中心；后臺(tái)有六個(gè)模塊，分別是報(bào)刊管理，報(bào)刊清單管理，系統(tǒng)模塊管理，用戶管理，系統(tǒng)角色管理，個(gè)人中心。對(duì)于系統(tǒng)管理員可以管理報(bào)刊信息，同意與拒絕用戶的預(yù)訂請(qǐng)求，增加或刪除用戶信息等。然后對(duì)于普通用戶則可以預(yù)訂自己喜歡的報(bào)刊信息,或者取消這些預(yù)訂信息，同時(shí)還可以對(duì)自己的登錄信息進(jìn)行修改。 本系統(tǒng)具有易操作、易管理、易維護(hù)等特性，將使我們的報(bào)刊分發(fā)更快，更迅速，更符合現(xiàn)在科技高速發(fā)展的社會(huì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 信息技術(shù)；報(bào)刊；MVC；C#
Abstract:With the continuous development of information technology, intelligent operation platform has occupied dominant position now. Due to many schools' distribution of publications is still in the process on paper now, then this article is based on the whole practical process of the school's publication distribution system, and the system is designed. Then analyze requirements, design, document filing, designing system architecture, coding, testing and deployment. On .net technology platform, I use the MVC pattern to construct the system architecture. This system consists of two parts, one part is the client, the other part is the background user operation management platform. The client has three modules, they are the booking publications, publication list, personal center; Background has six modules, they are the publication management, publication list management, system module management, user management, role management, personal center. For system administrator can manage the publication information, agree or reject the user's reservation request, add or delete user information, etc. For ordinary users can book their favorite publication information, or cancel the reservation information, at the same time they can also modify their login information. This system is easy to operate, easy to maintenance, easy to management. So it will make distribution of publications faster and more quickly, and in line with science and technology high speed development of the society. 本課題旨在使目前學(xué)校報(bào)刊分發(fā)管理信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)化，解決以往信息傳遞不方便、不快捷等問(wèn)題，如果某個(gè)學(xué)生，某個(gè)學(xué)院要查看自己這段時(shí)間要收到或者預(yù)訂了哪些書(shū)或報(bào)刊，不用去查找書(shū)本記錄，浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，只要通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)就可以輕松地查詢到情況，隨時(shí)隨地的跟蹤所有報(bào)刊分發(fā)的情況，實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化。同時(shí)用戶也可以在線實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)訂操作，然后根據(jù)發(fā)行方是否同意你的訂購(gòu)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)分發(fā)管理。方便了學(xué)校的工作，提高工作的效率和效果，節(jié)省人力資源等，提高高校的管理水平，有利于推動(dòng)高校管理的“無(wú)紙化辦公”進(jìn)程。
