摘要:隨著我國現(xiàn)代化進程加快，人們的居住條件及居住觀念發(fā)生了巨大的變化，人們對居住的質(zhì)量水平的要求越來越高，而體現(xiàn)居住質(zhì)量的最主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是舒適度設(shè)計，于是創(chuàng)造一個舒適、健康、溫馨的住宅環(huán)境便成為當(dāng)代居民和設(shè)計師的共同追求。由于中等戶型最契合當(dāng)今國家住房建設(shè)思路，于是便成為了現(xiàn)代大眾經(jīng)濟消費的主要選擇。但對于面積有限的中等戶型來說，怎樣充分利用每一寸空間讓戶主得最舒適、最溫馨的享受，是目前設(shè)計師們著力解決的問題。本文通過對戶主家庭成員的生理、心理需求、性格、行為模式、使用特點等方面的研究分析，總結(jié)出影響住宅室內(nèi)設(shè)計的舒適度的幾個因素有心理需求、空間劃分、行為模式等等，因而分別從物質(zhì)上和精神上考慮如何可以達到人所需要的最佳的舒適度，以此營造出居民最理想的居住空間，設(shè)計出最人性化的住宅。 關(guān)鍵詞：中等戶型住宅 室內(nèi)設(shè)計 舒適度設(shè)計
