摘 要:餐飲與人們的生活息息相關(guān)，有各種因素影響著餐飲空間的變化和發(fā)展。當(dāng)今社會(huì)，由于人們生活節(jié)奏快，工作壓力大，為此創(chuàng)造一個(gè)舒適、輕松、溫馨的餐飲環(huán)境是非常有必要的?？紤]到實(shí)際情況，餐廳面向各個(gè)階層不同的顧客，男女老幼，面向面廣闊。 這個(gè)餐飲空間的風(fēng)格選擇了簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格。簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格的特征主要是以米黃大理石、簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格圖案的地毯、歐式壁紙、歐式水晶大吊燈、簡(jiǎn)歐古典裝飾畫、布藝窗簾、白色條紋圓形羅馬柱等，來(lái)表現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)歐的浪漫與華麗。簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格不同于傳統(tǒng)古典歐式風(fēng)格的富麗堂皇，它比較接近于現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約風(fēng)格的感覺。在門窗家具上多采用白色或淺色調(diào)；在造型上，多使用線條，有簡(jiǎn)練的直線，又有優(yōu)雅的弧線。簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格是在古典歐式上傳承的。用現(xiàn)代代替古典，用局部代替整體。用現(xiàn)代清新自然的色調(diào)，來(lái)表現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)古典歐式的繁華與優(yōu)雅，使空間能夠變得更加的溫馨和舒適。 簡(jiǎn)歐風(fēng)格雖然不過分的裝飾出傳統(tǒng)古典歐式風(fēng)格一樣的金碧輝煌，但是有受歐洲傳統(tǒng)文化的熏陶。主要表現(xiàn)在整體上使用十分特色的歐式元素，用局部來(lái)渲染濃厚的歐式氣氛。又結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格的簡(jiǎn)潔，整體感覺就像是在浪漫的歐式情懷上現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約的感覺。簡(jiǎn)潔但并不簡(jiǎn)單，讓顧客充分融入這樣的餐飲環(huán)境，在享受就餐的樂趣中感受到簡(jiǎn)歐的舒適與溫馨。 關(guān)鍵字：簡(jiǎn)歐 溫馨 舒適
