摘要:隨著社會的進(jìn)步，生活質(zhì)量的飛速提高，由人們向朋友們展示漂亮的客廳擺設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)為與其分享佳肴美酒而獲得真正滿足感時，廚房逐漸成為家居中一主角，意味著人們越來越關(guān)注廚房的空間與品位。生活的理念延伸至廚房。“人性化”設(shè)計的目的和核心是“關(guān)愛人、發(fā)展人”。在本篇論文里主要就“設(shè)計為人”進(jìn)行探討，通過市場上已出現(xiàn)的具有人性化因素的廚房設(shè)計進(jìn)行歸納與分析，進(jìn)一步闡述以人為本對廚房設(shè)計的重要性。 關(guān)鍵詞：廚房，人性化設(shè)計，居住空間設(shè)計
Abstract:Along with the development of the society and the rapid increasing of our living standard ,people feel satisfied when showing their friends the decoration of their beautiful sitting room and sharing food ,wine with their friends .Therefore ,the kitchen has become a leading role in a household ,which means that people pay more and more attention to the space of the kitchen .The concept of life extenses to the kitchen .The purpose and core of design with“humanitarian” is“care for the people ,and making full use of people” .In this paper ,we focuse on “humanitarian” ,further elaborating the people-oriented to kitchen design is of great importance to the design of kitchen through existing anlysis and summary human-oriented. 目前，我國現(xiàn)代家居中的廚房空間設(shè)計逐漸向開放式廚房發(fā)展。但因受到人文環(huán)境等因素制約，國內(nèi)的開放式廚房和西方本土的開放式廚房對比和分析之下，實用性方面還是存在較大的差距。但也隨開放的觀念逐漸改變和設(shè)計方面不斷的研究創(chuàng)新，現(xiàn)代廚房空間設(shè)計將有更加完善的地方。 本文從人性化方面進(jìn)行對廚房空間的設(shè)計的分析，總結(jié)出以人為本的設(shè)計才是主流，從細(xì)節(jié)的人性化設(shè)計來打造現(xiàn)代廚房具有實用性、舒適性和欣賞性的廚房，才是真正具有新時代標(biāo)志的室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計。目前，在設(shè)計過程中選擇合適的材料是一個問題，正確的材料可以解決廚房的使用問題，對廚房的安全性也有著重大的影響。在進(jìn)行廚房空間設(shè)計時，既要顧全布局和選材，還應(yīng)注意到廚房的采光通風(fēng)和色彩的搭配。一個人性化的廚房不但要實用安全，還要有良好的采光和通風(fēng)，并且在色彩上讓使用者和參觀者感到賞心悅目。基于此次寫本文的目的，希望此方法的總結(jié)能夠為室內(nèi)家居空間設(shè)計的發(fā)展帶來推向作用。
